Comfortable, clean hotel with free parking located just outside of Valencia. If you plan on using it as a base for tourism it's an approximately 15 Euro taxi ride or an hour bus ride, stopping every block or so, into the city. None of the rooms have balconies but even if they did you probably wouldn't spend much time there because of the road noise The pool was very nice and it is open year round. You have shopping and a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance. As a comfortable, safe place to stay it is a good value that serves its purpose well.

During our stay in hotel Ciscar we suffered from a not working aircondition on 11 and 12 august 2023. This was a serious problem as it was very hot in the rooms (could not sleep). In the morning we filed a complaint at the reception and we were offered a free breakfast. However, this was already included in the price of our room (and so was the airconditioning!). Result: no compensation, no communication (after several emails)!! Bad experience!

Todo muy bien. Fresco, limpio y amplio. El aire acondicionado y la televisión funcionaron sin ningún problema. Además, hay varias cafeterías y restaurantes cerca, muy útiles de para desayunar. Lo único es que se averió el elevador durante la estancia. Si se tiene problemas de rodilla o dificultad para subir escalones, puede que no sea la mejor opción.

ホテルは小さいですが、部屋は通りに面しており、通りの景色が美しいです。朝食の種類は多くはありませんが、なかなか絶品です。一番難しいのは、地下駐車場が狭くて坂があることです。運転技術のない方は、とてもスリルがありますので、そこに駐車しないでください。サービスも良くて、とても熱心です！

Rather good hostel but weak breakfast

The hotel is very clean and modern, located in a zone fully linked to the center by more buses. Staff is totally cozy and friendly, always available. Rooms are comfortable through not so big. Breakfast is convenient cause you have the option to choose what to eat and pay only for it. Very recommended, we’ll come back!

Hotel is at a good location-one block to City of Arts and Science, a main attraction, three stops of Metro L10 to old city, and several stops of Bus 99 to beaches. Room equites with a kitchen so you can cook conveniently. There is no Frontdesk so you will be given an access code before 3pm after you check in online. Price is very reasonable. A good hotel to stay.
