La experiencia ha sido verdaderamente lamentable, normalmente cambian las sábanas y toallas a los dos días, como nosotros estuvimos tres noches, no se dignaron a cambiarlas, y si queríamos sábanas o toallas limpias, teníamos que pedirlas. Varía gente de nuestro grupo, se encontró tanto con sábanas como con toallas sucias, impresentable... Tampoco nos han hecho las habitaciones, el baño es muy pequeño, y la habitación está llena de desperfectos, además de sucia. Tampoco hay mantas, hay que pedirlas, pues por la mañana hace bastante fresco. Además, pilla muy a desmano y lejos de cualquier parte, por lo que habría que usar cualquier método de transporte.

The hotel is conveniently located at the terminus of the tram (less than a 10-minute walk) which willtake you to the city centre in about 40 minutes, just make sure you don't miss the last tram to get back. It also has a free parking which is closed at night. We had a room on the ground floor and apart from the noise of slamming doors by guests (even during the night) and from guests staying in the connecting room, it was quiet. The room was basic, it's a 3-star hotel, but more than OK for our stay. A small fridge would be a nice addition. The breakfast was really good with enough choice for everyone. All staff members were friendly and helpful, proposing their help before you would ask them anything. There is not much to do in the area, also no restaurants but with the tram or your car it should not be a problem. One tip: if you like madeleines, I encourage you to visit the shop ”Bijou” which is super close to the hotel - they are really tasty!

We had booked this hotel for 7 days. There is a tramline into Bordeaux that goes from outside the hotel and takes about 30 minutes. We bought a 7 day ticket and used it every day so excellent value but the trams are very busy sometimes so we had to stand on some trips. If you're staying here and don't want to use the tram then you'll definitely need a car as it's basically on the side of the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Rooms are big and clean. Nice and quiet. Loads of parking. Breakfast was okay. The pool is very small (not really big enough to swim in it) and not heated so we didn't use it. Overall a nice hotel, but probably more suited for business use or stop overs due to location.
