It was really awesome stay at thekkady keys prima, very nice and professional staff at reception, well maintained and cleaned rooms, amenities were so perfect, all requests has been fulfilled, it was best stay in hole trip
We booked Jungle rooms and we stayed for 2 days with family and friends. Many tourist spots are close by, the resort had good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, help desk staff at the reception were polite, swimming pools were clean. Car parking space were adequate. Jungle rooms do not have any AC but the management can install one and can be used based on the customer preference. Overall had a plesant stay, will recommend to others.
ゲゲストThe cleanliness of room was outstanding. The forest view of our room was mesmerising. The restaurant has a very poor/less menu list and very long waiting time to serve. Lift suddenly malfunctioned and stuck suddenly but was rectified in 2 days. Parking is very good for a hill station hotel. Swimming pool was clean. Overall if the lift and restaurant was good, i would give a 10/10 score.
ゲゲストWe booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.
GGetaway31941841451We spent two nights at Treetop Resort. Of the 8 places we have stayed so far, all on a similar price level, this is equal first. It is very clean throughout the resort. The gardens are beautiful and the pool excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. We stayed in a villa. It is spatious, comfortable, and has everything except a fridge. We enjoyed the verandah. We were warned not to leave anything out there due to monkeys and squirrels. The bathroom is getting close to needing an upgrade but is large and serviceable with hot water. Hair-dryer on request. Room service is available too. The location is in quiet part of town but close enough to shops, and we enjoyed an excellent cheap meal at the Jungle Cafe about 80m away (go down the road, turn left). Not far to all attractions. Overall, highly recommended. Note: Not easily accessable for anyone in a wheelchair. Paths and steps are good.
ゲゲストThis hotel looks lovely and quaint but when we arrived and were shown our rooms they smelt very damp and the bathroom was filthy. Speaking to other members of our group they seemed to have had better rooms, so we were shown two more before we were happy with our final choice. Even then, the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was wifi but only in the reception area which was very nice to sit in. The restaurant was also OK with breakfast ordered from the menu rather than buffet style and the service was good. What was strange is that the cloakroom facilities in the restaurant were great and a complete contrast to the ensuite bathrooms. This is something they should address. I would have rated this poor but the staff and restaurant tipped it into average. PS. Keep your windows closed, one of our group was asleep and monkeys came in, woke her up and messed up her room. Luckily she was save by the cleaners. Think we should have been warned about this on arrival!
