とても良い
We visited with 2 dogs and felt completely welcome and comfortable. There were many other dogs on-site visiting the outside patios and hotel grounds. It was nice to see. The rooms were clean and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Hot coffee and breakfast in the lobby each morning was a nice plus. The front desk was always staffed and they were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The staff is great. The room was great. The rate was great. The elevator is scary. The breakfast is less than satisfactory. The elevator doors would open, semi-close, and finally open all the way again. It shimmied before stopping on the floor. It left one feeling like they would get stuck on the elevator, and on a Sunday in Cave City, who knew how long that would be if it happened? happened. The breakfast is less than satisfactory. The breakfast offered no meat or eggs. At least the waffle makers offered a regular size and the four individual ones. The original batter came out so fast, it overflowed the cup. The regular and sugar-free syrup need better labeling, There were only two cereal choices and two juice choices. The juice tasted stale. Other than the breakfast, this is one of the best Sleep Inn and Suites I have stayed at.

CCompanion14708519356Location is great. Staff wonderful. Breakfast was okay. Certain things like juice and oatmeal were missing. Figured it was seasonal. Fitness center and hot tub in room awesome. The reason i gave a two instead of five boils down to the fact that the restroom was either skipped during cleaning or someone used it before we got to the room. We put all these little hints together: 1) The toilet seat was in an upright position. My husband had not gone in and i figured it was a strange way to leave after cleaning. 2) there was only one set of towels.which the front desk gave us another set, no problem 3)we discovered the hand soap that appeared to be in a wrap was infact opened and still wet....eww! 4) no lotions, shampoo, you know , all the compliments were gone too. This is when we realized that someone had been in there or it had been skipped in the cleaning. I immediately checked around the hottub because it was the main reason we wanted the room. It was our honeymoon. All appeared okay. But we still kinda had a creepy feeling that the room wasn't cleaned completely. The rest of the room did appear okay. We had already gone to the front desk about the towels and the soap and they were immediately replaced but decided we would just voice our concerns of cleanliness on review. You can bet the next time I check into any comfort inn or choice hotel that I'll be checking the restroom first! That was just nasty and really left us with a bad memory on a special trip

When traveling to or through Cave City, I highly recommend a stay at this place! I was very impressed. Newly renovated, immaculately clean, this hotel is managed efficiently with gracious warmth. The hotel inviting, the staff welcoming! Management pleasantly welcomes guests as if he has known them for years! I stayed in this affordable hotel during a trip to Cave City and returned again. Upon my arrival for my second visit, I was made to feel as if I returned home! Very affordable, clean, pleasant, friendly…definitely OYO is Home Away From Home.
