1! I have lived in hotels 1/2 my life! I came to Greenville on a biz trip for ECU, and had to stay at a per diem. Sadly at $150 this was one of my only options. I booked thru *********. I arrived. The from desk employee fished around for my reservation for 15 mins till she realized she checked in the wrong person under my name. From there it just got worse. Room was dirty and a mess. Noise issues. My phone and tv didn’t work. I should have just driven home. Sad that you have to spend $300 for a place to just get some sleep. Don’t stay here. It’s a hot mess. As I write this I’m contemplating leaving and driving the 2 hours home.

Overall the place & rooms where nice & quite. there are plenty of places in the area for the same or more, but in worst condition , This Hotel is right on the edge of Greenville with plenty of stores in walking distance around, The city is growing , so visit and stay at this hotel.

What an absolutely delightful hotel. My room was clean, well maintained and comfortable as was the rest of the property. But what really stood out was the hotel team. Everybody was warm, welcoming and friendly. Southern Hospitality at its finest. Plus the only hotel lobby mart that Ive ever seen carry sugar free Monster drinks, which was appreciated!

We were here in Greenville because of a medical emergency with my husband's son. Your hotel could not have been more accommodating. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Benita at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and professional. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, everyone was friendly. Swimming pool area was clean. Cameron also working at the front desk was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Sandra one of the hostesses In the restaurant was also helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Horrifying place. Holes in the walls, roommates that bite, doors that don't fully lock and open on a whim. I'm still covered in welts and itching. They refused to switch my room and I had no other choice, though sleeping on the street in the winter might have been less long-term pain. Their corporate office is a joke that for my injuries and report of their property, refused to investigate and help others not be assaulted by bugs, and offered me some points (which didn't even make up for a quarter of the 2 nights I paid for, which was more insulting than not offering anything). Honestly, my true belief is everyone involved should have victims take action against them, because I'm not the only one victimized. Paid extra for the ”superior room”

Definitely a -5!!!! Stayed at Fairfield Greenville July 30th - Aug 2nd 2022. Would have paid for my stay from May through priceline. Arriving at the hotel on the 30th @2:31am I met the clerk who checked me in he stated that my room was on hold that i had to pay $680 + $80 holding fee. I said to him I already paid because the rep said i couldn’t get the room unless i paid he kept saying no no no I say yes. At this point i’m very sleepy for traveling for nearly 24hours so i handed him the card where i was charged a total of $760 Keep in mind I paid $504.00 already through priceline. So i visit the front office the next morning after checking my bank statement where I met a different gentleman at the desk checking the system he say oh yes & he’s sorry he’ll need to get his manager because there is multi stuff needed to be done to refund me what was charged at the hotel & that he’ll return a call back. Taking my phone numbers & I left the hotel for the day return shortly after 10pm that night not a call received I stop at the front desk where I would met a next clerk who Identified himself as Mr.Lee front office manager & said he wasn’t aware of this matter thinking to myself how did they do a hand over if the front office manager wasn’t informed about the guest being charged twice for one room. He then search the computer system & asked if i sure i use my name to checked in & if i was sure my room # was 407 Confused i was like what ??? who else name would I use & I paid with my card & was asked for identification. That’s when it became clear the level unprofessional was at a all time high. He apologized & then assured me he sort it out & also return a call back. Waited but there was no call. So I Call back where i would speak to a different rep this time a female where she apologized & stated that I had charges & giving me a different room number & cards attached to my name. Checking my bank statement where I was charged again this time $241.83 furious at this point Where i clearly stated that they need to check the camera system at the hotel I stayed in room #407 & they would be able to verify my activities at the hotel if they checked. Calling again this would be the 12x where I would speak to the next manager after going back & forth with him it was clearly he wasn’t understanding & thought he was correct shortly afterwards he said he’ll have all the funds return & i should give it until Monday which would’ve been the 8 August 2022. It’s now 16th of August 2022 & I have yet to receive my money. Sent both Jayne & Lee emails & left voice messages. They both have yet to respond since we last spoke. All i want is my funds what was charged at the hotel again after paying through priceline. It’s beyond frustrating & I’ve been more than lenient with this group of ppl. ( Spoke to Lee about 7x, Jayne 1x, Shai 2x, another male rep 3x). Call the hotel again today & spoke with a female name Shai (second time) She is the only individual who genuinely
