Thirty on Grace was a magnificent experience.Ros was a superb host & her attention to us as guests couldnt have been better.We were a family group of 4 each with our own rooms.The rooms were beautifully designed & there is attention to detail of the highest international standards.The breakfast was a real treat every morning - also the morning welcome we received from Ros really made our day. It was a wonderful experience way beyond our expectations.We will be returning & highly recommend Thirty on Grace for the discerning traveller looking for an outstanding home away from home with ambience,service,quality of rooms and facilities comparable with any top international guest house. Thanks Ros for a wonderful holiday experience for myself & family.

I had an awesome weekend spending my time at this accomodation.Ross was friendly and accomodating.She also put my mind at ease.She even drove me and the other guest staying to the where we needed to go.Also the breakfast was scrumptious. Thanks again

Fantastic house and garden, quiet and peaceful. Ros is a wonderful and charming host. Our room was spacious and had access to a beautiful terrace from which we could see even Cape Town. Cul-de-sac in great neighborhood.

Home away from home. Our gracious hostess, Rosalind went out of her way to ensure that our stay and the overall experience were both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the thoughtful offer of picnic gear for the Kirstenbosch concert! We highly recommend the pristine place and we will be sure to return soon.

Beautiful spacious guesthouse with first class hospitality. Graham serves a mean breakfast (did I mention corn fritters?) An abundance of living room space and a stunning garden. Loved my room - would like to replicate the decor at home! Beautiful … just go there!

Only 15mins from UCT in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful view on the table mountain massive. The friendly owner provides a perfect breakfast in a cozy living area. A fridge provides drinks for self-catering. Feels like home. Car can be safely parked in a huge garage.

Thirty on Grace met our needs for accommodation in Cape Town. The location was convenient for the activities that we wanted to pursue. Unfortunately the traffic situation pertaining to getting on and off the main highway was terrible. However, we have been told that this is par for the course in Cape Town! Roz was an excellent hostess. Much thought appears to have gone into the planning and layout of this establishment.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so at home with the genuine and warm nature of both the hostess Ros, and her helper Lucia. The house is beautifully presented and all our questions and requests handled so attentively and kindly. We will be back to stay without a doubt. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.
