Holiday Inn Express & Suites Collingwood

All staff are nice very clean and hospitable hotel. Highly recommended

The breakfast was good! The breakfast had several options and was very filling. I was an actually buffet; there was pancakes, eggs, cereal, sausages, home fries, tea, coffee, juice. Overall great experience.

My fiancé and I wanted to get out of the city and decided on Holiday Inn Collingwood as it is only a 10 min drive to blue mountain. We were extremely happy with our stay. From the cleanliness of the hotel, to the pool/hot tub/gym (the pool may be on the smaller side, but this was not an issue for us as the water was a beautiful temperature), to the updated rooms, and friendly staff (shout out to the housekeeping and breakfast staff, and Alex from the front desk), everything was just so much better than expected :)

Upon arrival, we coukd barly speek to the receptionist. There was a group of people who were drinking and were extremely loud in the lounge area. Thw put us on to top floor, good thing. If notcwecwoukdcask forca refund and go somewhere else.

There was a hockey tournament and the participants were a bit rowdy but once it became late they quieted down. Likely because of staff management or maybe they just got tired. Regardless it was resolved and everything else was as expected.

This is my first choice for hotels when I go to Collingwood. It's a bright and clean hotel with the friendliest of staff! For our family of four, our first choice is always their spacious suites which have a great amount of space for post-skiing activities! The hotel is not that close to restaurants but it is close enough (approximately 8-10 minutes). However the Tim's across the street is always great for hot chocolate. We will continue to stay at this hotel as it is perfect for our families needs

Property is fairly new and updated. Has pool and hot tub, Breakfast was very varied and the helpers were very helpful. had a good time there. A bit light on the Channels available ( to me)

Both ******* and the hotel left me out to dry. Gave me 1 bed when I booked two. Had to share bed with coworker.
