ザ ウェスティン クリーブランド ダウンタウン(The Westin Cleveland Downtown)

房間還大的，窗外能看到伊利湖。隔音效果不大好，晚上週邊住户進出以及講話聲聽得很清楚。酒店的餐飲一般。

The hotel accomodations were top of the line. The desk staff, the valet staff, and the restaurant staff were all welcoming and helpful

Pretty shabby for a Westin, and not comparable to other Westins I've stayed in both in the US and overseas. Went to buy water in the gift shop and they said they didn't have anymore, never mind any free ones in the room. Not even a "I'm sorry' from the desk staff. No one on the staff smiled. Everyone looked pretty unhappy. Dirty pillow case, no toiletries except stuff in the shower, no hair dryer in the room, no robe, no slippers. Breakfast room service was served in a brown paper bag, not on a tray. Room service charges $5 extra for delivery. Isn't the point of room service that it is delivered?! AC/heat in the room was a challenge to operate and get to any kind of comfortable level. Set it on 69 cool and it took all night to actually get below 71. The whole place is in desperate need of a remodeling and training for the staff -- and apparently, restocking of bottled water and silverware!

Staff was friendly and the room was well maintained and comfortable. Parking was a bit over priced, other than that a good place to stay.

I booked a room for two with a King sized bed, but when we checked in, they said they did not have a room like that available. They offerred free parking, let me park inside their structure, but I could $45.00 to open the gate! I want a refund!

It was amazing! Except for the valet and parking situation. we had parked the car not fully understanding the valet portion, but never received a ticket. We had spoken to a valet about it and he printed us out a ticket that was supposedly good for 2 nights. Next time we tried to leave, it never worked. Same thing over and over again. We tried speaking with the other valets (as the original was not there) and they gave us a lottttt of attitude and told us to just figure it out. We had to keep bothering them to let us in and out since the ticket still never worked. We ended up paying the original $75 for the 2 nights then an extra $35 for our second night because no valet would let us in. Other than parking, this hotel was fantastic.

Stay was fantastic! Front desk was able to accommodate with an early check in. Parking was affordable. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are amazing with outstanding views of the city!

I appreciate the high standard for cleanliness. My room was cleaned daily. This is rare for most hotels. I was very satisfied with Westin's restaurant. The food and the service was very good.

There was no hot water. The sheets were stained. Tried to call to get more sheets and another comforter. They didn’t have an extra comforter so we used 4 sets of sheets as a blanket.
