ダウンタウン近くの私のお気に入りのホテル。いつもそこにいるのは本当にいいです。私は町にいるときはよ**こにいます。

位置非常好，周邊有吃飯的地方，也有意大利超市買東西和吃飯都比較方便，去的時候克里夫蘭下大雪，但是交通比較好，不擁堵。

這個酒店位於黑人區域，周邊十分荒涼破敗，酒店本身還挺好，乾淨整潔。就是早餐的時候還沒到時間工作人員就收攤了。

酒店位置在downtown和西儲大學之間，周邊區域一般，酒店內部設施、衞生還不錯。早餐在這個水平的酒店裡中規中矩

這個酒店在克利夫蘭醫學院，克利夫蘭診所附近，酒店還比較新，停車方便，免費。每次來克利夫蘭都住這邊。

位置比較偏遠，周邊配套很少，早餐很簡單，服務還不錯

The first room they give us was not cleaned so we had to go get other room the pillows in the room small and old had to lysol everything and wipe everything down

No customer service and no body wash or shampoo available. 2 towels for 4 people and front desk did not answer the phone for assistance. Employees and vagrants hanging out in the lobby.

They gave away our room even when we told them that we would be a little late which they had told us it was fine. They then told us there was nothing that they could do even though they said that they would hold our room. We then had to be put through a long process to receive our money back.

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel they never clean my room in the 5 days , only excuses we ask to clean the room several times it’s seems no one in the hotel cares, please don’t book this hotel you will have a dirty and unpleasant experience. Staff also careless about cleaning the rooms .. i really don’t recommend this hotel it less than 0 star hotel .. By hilton it’s only a brand to hide this dirty hotel and careless staff that they don’t do there job .

Allowing people to smoke pot outside the main doors is not good. The smell permeates the building

We really like this hotel / second visit. Close to Case Western, clean and updated, amazing lobby, great staff and breakfast, rooms large and comfortable
