Club Hotel Turan Prince World - Kids Concept

Be very careful on the water slides. My girlfriend split her head open on one of the water slides. It threw us both out of the dingy going down the pipe. We followed all the rules. My girlfriend needed 10 stitches in her head. The life guards had no real first aid experience and were so slow to react. We spoke to the manager a guy called TUNA, he had no empathy and wasn’t really sorry, he just brushed us off. I said to him what if that was a young child to which he had no answer. There were a few other incidents we also witnessed, another guy split his head open and other young children were also thrown out of their dingy. My girlfriend left a review on Tripadvisor too and the manager TUNA, told a complete pack of lies to cover himself. We received absolutely nothing to our room what so ever. If your going on the slides he very careful especially if you’ve children. The manager took no responsibility at all, even though we abided by the rules.

⚠️ warning! There are little shops on the way to pool stay away from toy shop guy is s total scam! Price will always be different at the till. We had great time, great weather and have felt being welcomed. If you looking for a quiet romantic hotel forget about it. Main Hotel is sorunded by garden villas, garden itself is super clean and green. Hotel itself is s bit dated but tidy. The cleanliness of the rooms is acceptable. Pools are kept nice and clean as well as the sandy beach ( there is line of pebbles on shore thrown by the waves) This is 100% family hotel with ton of things to do for kids. Slides, pools, mini zoo, privet beach and blow up ships etc. The worst thing about hotel is food, it's massive choice and definitely you not going to be hungry. But overall feeling is that people cooking there go by the rule of that will do....

We had an amazing holiday at Club Turan Princess and would return in a heartbeat, our stay was made all the better due to the amazing staff especially Serhat who could not have done more for us, he is an asset to your business and we look forward to seeing him again when we return. Our children loved everything about the place (aged 9 and 15) and we had the most relaxing break, would thoroughly recommend

This place is full of amazing staff and the entertainment is amazing, always make you clap along and enjoy your night. Great for kids and family’s and friends to come along, only been here 2 days and I don’t want to go home. Definitely will be coming back at some point

The absolute greatest holiday I've ever been on. Everything you need is right here at the hotel. You don't need to go anywhere else :) food, shopping, pools, beach, funfair, petting zoo, this hotel has it all and more. 10 outta 10 perfect holiday
