価格の割には良いホテルで、ロケーションは素晴らしいですが、専用駐車場はありません。近くの駐車場まで車で行くことができ、宿泊者は割引を受けられます。市内を徒歩8分です。 他はすべて問題ありません

Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..

ホテルはライン川、ドム、レストラン、ショップ、旧市街...に近く、絶好のロケーションです。場所のために夜は時々騒がしいが、窓が閉まり、エアコンがオンになっているため、許容範囲内でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。朝食は多様で、豊富で美味しい...ホットで冷たい「あなた自身を助ける」ビュッフェです。 8月に高価で、このホテルへのパンデミック前の訪問よりも高価です。部屋は清潔で快適です。

クリスマスシーズンにどこか行きたくてここを予約しました。 残念ながらケルンのクリスマスマーケットは23日で終わってしまうらしくもうマーケットはやっていませんでしたが、クリスマス気分は味わうことができました。 ケルン大聖堂まで徒歩5分ほどで着き、ロケーションは抜群です。 また近くにレストランもたくさんあるため食には困らないと思います。 朝食もさすがヒルトン。申し分なく美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

ホテルのロケーションはとても良く、ケルン大聖堂、美術館、メインリバー、商店街、鉄道駅、フードコートなどの主要なアトラクションに数百メートルの距離で行くことができます。ホテルの受付スタッフはとても暖かくて思いやりがあり、1日25ユーロのエキストラベッド付きの大きな部屋の変更を手伝ってくれました。素晴らしい滞在体験。

This hotel is in an excellent location. Easily walkable to most tourist sights. The front desk is helpful and friendly. Our upgraded room was on the 3rd floor and big enough for us to spread out. With the windows shut we were not woken by noise outside. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good-lots of choice. Good value for the money.

We booked this on the Accor app, we prefer the Adagio to stay in where we can as the rooms are spacious and they normally have a laundry, so we can cook for ourselves and as we are on a tour of Europe we can wash our clothes. The room we had had a lounge room and separate bedroom. Both with TVs. The only downside with the TV, was they had certain channels in the list but they weren't subscribed to. We do like to watch a news channel in English where we can. One design fault in the kitchen was the alarm that is very sensitive. We cooked one night and the littlest amount of steam set it off. It made us not want to use the kitchen. Also a toaster in the kitchen would be good. We were on the first floor and due to the heat, we had to leave a window open, there is a bit of street noise especially from where people congregate at the smoking area. Ariel at check-in was excellent, we had one small issue with the bath and no plug, maintenance fixed this in ten minutes. A good stay, the hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from the station, but the walk is pretty easy.

Hotel staff, were professional, efficient and friendly. I was on a business trip, the hotel was convenient for a good connection to the road network, in the morning for business. While being convenient for access to the city and other amenities in the evening.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely property. Located just a stone’s throw away from Köln Messe/Deutz station, which was very convenient for us who travelled directly from Frankfurt Airport. Its surrounding was peaceful and quiet. Checking-in by Clemens was a breeze. Clemens was friendly and answered all our queries with patience. He also gave us helpful information on dining options in the vicinity. Our courtyard facing Studio room was spacious and quiet, had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the washer and dryer every night and it was definitely a great to have. USB charging ports and power points could be found on both sides of the bed and at sitting area. Internet speed was fast. Was able to screen mirroring with my device and hence we were able to enjoy watching Netflix on the big TV screen. Daily housekeeping had also done a wonderful job of keeping our room clean, replacing our used towels and replenishing the laundry detergent. There was a small indoor pool but we didn’t have the time to use it. Our room didn’t come with breakfast, but we did try it out on one morning. Found that it was a tad overpriced at €22 as the spread wasn’t big and choices were pretty limited, the only disappointment we had of this property. Overall a fantastic stay and is value for money. Would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Cologne.

We had 5 rooms during Orgatec Exhibition. Hotel was new, employees were kind, breakfast was good and in general it was a clean hotel. It is not in city center but really easy to reach Rudofplatz or Heumarkt with 2 Tram Lines and it takes only 5 stops. Also there were some restaurant and supermarkets around for our needs. Therefore we enjoyed our stay in hotel. Only thing which was negative, you need to inform reception each morning for cleaning rooms. Otherwise it was not cleaned. (we are not informed about this during check-in so we learned that after first day) Despite we informed that for each day, second day of our stay 2/5 rooms are not cleaned. Except this, it was all well clean
