The hotel was easy to book and thankfully had all their facilities up and working at the time. Unfortunately while the room accomodations weren't bad - the bed was very uncomfortable and far too firm. That being said - overall not a bad place.

I will always visit this hotel due to work, I wish all hiltons were this quiet and clean. All staff was alert and ready to help. Location, Location, Location.

I'm hesitant to leave anything other than a glowing review for this property because the staff from Lionel the manager on down was uniformly lovely, but several things need to be mentioned: This is a really dated HGI, it's getting a comprehensive refresh in the spring. Hopefully it will include the TVs, in 2024 you expect to be able to easily use your streaming services in-room. Then there's the matter of the breakfast—if you're going to charge $12.50 for it, you should serve something that isn't hugely inferior to what you'd get at a Hampton Inn. Yeah, I get that the HGI is supposed to be slightly up-market, and they charge for breakfast, but the sheer mediocrity of it coupled with the $12.50 charge just really bugged me. That said, I'm sure the re-model of the hotel this spring will elevate the property to the level of the wonderful staff.

Nice and clean. Some things in the room didn't work, i.e. remote, lamp. Breakfast was pretty good, $12.50 per person.

My phone was inoperable. I was not offered an option to move to another unit. Wifi did not work with device. This location needs an upgrade old furniture with spots. Staff did not answer phone. However, they are getting an upgrade. Nice lobby

I received a welcome email stating we would receive a breakfast voucher at check in, but was told they were no longer available. The shampoo dispenser was empty, which was not evident until the shower had commenced. A lack of hand soap.

My only negatives are * the bathroom shower curtain did not fit so water went all over * no body wash, shampoo and conditioner

Suite we booked not available at check in. Staff was great about finding us a room and a credit for the difference. However replacement room had 2 full beds instead of king so the wife and I had to sleep in separate beds for the trip as we couldn't get comfortable in ours. Again staff was great and hotel was fine. But booking system needs to be upgraded so this doesn't happen.

The place was showing its age, but clean. The staff was polite and courteous when approached, but otherwise seemed like they wanted to avoid you. The room was sp****, but adequate. The coffee maker only had decaf and was not serviced during my stay but at least I could get coffee in the lobby. . There was no guidebook to explain how to use the phone or the Wi-Fi or any of the features in the room; had to go down to the front desk for details on Wi-Fi access. The grounds were nicely maintained and parking was easy.
