Property charged me 3 times. Carpet in 2 rooms soaking wet. Property won't give me my reward points. Double booked the room and someone walked in on me in the middle of the night. Front desk called at 9:30 pm and insisted I come down to straighten out their mistake. Sp**** food, no milk on breakfast bar. Room by loud highway. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Staff unresponsive to the issues.

Place was very nice and clean. Being located by busy freeway, it was somewhat noisy while trying to fall asleep. However, the price was great for the awesome accommodations.

Great for a spur of the moment stay. Hwy 82 bypass was right outside and could hear traffic noise all night. Breakfast was awesome! All of the staff were friendly and great to joke with.

From the moment of checking in the desk clerk Darius was friendly, offered info on what I needed such as eating establishments, cocktails if I so desired, housekeeping policy. The info was very helpful. Every encounter with staff was a pleasant one. Will definitely stay at this property again.

The Staff at the front desk, and dinning area were professional. Even staff that met me in passing greeted me. Hotel room was clean and I slept well. Thanks Fairfield staff

Nice location. Lobby is beautiful. Very clean! Rooms are a little dated, could use an update. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

My fiancé and I booked a last minute stay on Chris**as Day at the Fairfield Inn in Columbus, MS due to car trouble that kept us in the area overnight. The associate at the front desk worked with me to reserve a room on the first floor right by an entrance, which was my preference due to mobility issues that I have. After getting a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed, we checked out around 7:30 the next morning and addressed the car trouble before getting on the road around 11:00. We had made it about 20 minutes outside of town when we realized that we left two Chris**as card money holders on the desk that each contained a $100.00 bill that we had received as a Chris**as gift. I called the hotel to ask if housekeeping had found them by chance, and she let me know that the housekeeper, Penny Butler, had found them while cleaning the room and turned them in at the front moments before I called looking for them. We were able to retrieve the cards and thank Penny personally for turning them in. Penny is a beautiful person inside and out and the best employee any company could have. She deserves all the good that this life has to offer. We have stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Columbus many times through the years and will continue to do so when in the area because we are always treated like family and have wonderful experiences there. Thank you again, Penny for being such a great person!

Tried to check in at 5:00 PM room wasn't ready. The person at the desk nor the manager could give me an ETA on when the room was ready. We had somewhere to be. Had to go to another hotel and spend $150 more on a room and was lucky to get that.....game weekend. Lady at desk also could have cared less.

Room smelled like smoke Asked for an extra pillow. Was greeted with “we don’t have extra pillows”. Never heard that from a Marriott property in 30 years staying in them This property should be reviewed 1 starr
