First of all I want to start by saying that we had an excellent time at the Royal Hideaway. We travelled as a family with 3 rooms and the staff were brilliant with the children. The room with a pool was also so fun for the little ones. Breakfast and the italian restaurant I'd also highly recommend. What has been very disappointing is that since leaving I have noticed that even though they confirmed a price of 115 Euros for the airport transfers (which I have on an email) they have removed this from our bill and instead charged 225 Euros. This is not right and not what was confirmed to us. I have reached out to guest services who have just said it was a typo, I'm sorry but that is the hotel's mistake, not mine. I have asked for a manager's email but have just received an OOO from Ricaurter González so have reached a dead end. We really did have a wonderful stay and this has really put a downer on the ending. Please can someone help?

Stayed for a week . Couldn't find fault with anything. The staff, cleanliness and the facilities are top notch. It is located in a quiet area with no traffic noise and yet near to many good restaurants. Well worth a visit

I spent a week with family in a 2 bed suite- your first introduction to the suites is the beautifully hotel lobby which is cut into the rock - what a beautiful place and it just got better from there. Our 2 bed suite with pool was clean, comfortable, luxuriously kitted out and with a very comfortable large veranda, which was a nice shelter from the wind. We ate in a couple of the in-house restaurants and also ate in the local town, La Caleta, all within walking distance and all meals were tasty. The suite staff are so nice and friendly and most helpful to us as one of our party has mobility issues. The whole complex is very suitable for anyone with mobility issues, we used a wheelchair all around the complex, and down the winding path through the garden to the local town. There are also in house buggys that the local staff are happy to bring you anywhere on site. The main pool is huge, nice temperature and has lots of beds around it and towels are supplied all the time. There is a nice children’s pool and a babies pool too. Best of all is the amazing breakfast buffet which is first class, very tastefully laid out and wonderful selection for all dietary requirements. We were all very sad to leave and we would love to return some day. Hasta la vista !

Great hotel - we had a villa delux, rooms were downside with some outdoor space, and the main living area and fully functional kitchen, plus pool was upstairs. We went out for dinner (mostly at the hotel, which was great - but warning you have to book!!) and had lunch in our villa. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and Justine was excellent.

Had a wonderful time at corales suites. The staff are lovely. From the time you arrive everyone is extremely helpful. Loved the space and facilities in the suite. Food was good but the trattoria was a stand out experience. Thanks again to Leo on the front desk and Daniel and Martina in the maresia bar. Loved every our stay. Great location. Great hotel. Would def recommend.

Absolutely fabulous in every way. We stayed in a suite. It was spacious clean and well equipped. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The other part of the hotel consists of adults only rooms. There are several restaurants on site, two of which are Michelin starred. You need to book before your holiday to get in.

We stayed here for the second time for nine days and as always our stay was faultless the food and attention to detail were brilliant.We have stayed at a lot of top hotels around the world and the Corales is up there we have booked for next January for another stay to get away from the British weather see you soon and thank you for the beautiful room 2201 Ps just a note we used your spa and it’s is a shame you don’t do a weekly package to use the sauna and jacuzzi like they do on cruise ships as every time we used it nobody was in the spa area

A quick summary …. Arrived late evening to a lovely reception, and glass of fizz. Was given a little tour, and was then shown around our suite. Each day we enjoyed the amazing breakfast, best we’ve experienced, and also the gorgeous rooftop pool. Tried the Nao buffet the first night after our long trip, and then treated ourselves to Il Bocconcino tasting menu on our last night This Hotel is fantastic. All staff our are a credit, and I can only apologise for not singling one out, everyone we encountered just made you feel welcome, and looked after you. We came away hoping to just chill out, and this Hotel did just that, it exceeded our expectations, and I don’t think you can ask for more. No negatives here, none !
