Great little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock.

Je vous conseille de tout payé directement lors de l achat sur hôtel.com . Il n y a pas de paiement sur place !!! Cela ce fait par demande d autorisation de prélèvement…. Avec un papier à remplir 72h avant.. l la demande de prélèvement a été faite le jour même et ma banque m à envoyer un sms de confirmation 2h avant mon arrivée que je n ai pas reçu étant sur un autre numéro américain ….. cela a été un gros stress car à mon arrivée à san juan l hôtel était pas payé….et comme il n y a pas d accueil j étais coincé à l aéroport….et je ne pouvais accédé a l hôtel ! L hôtel était correct pour le prix propre et bien placé

We needed a place to stay last minute and booked the Placid Suites for a night. You get what you pay for---so pay a little more and stay somewhere else!! It's basically an unmanned apar**ent complex. Location is good, rooms are basic but clean. BUT, the rooms are so loud!! Other guests came back at 2am, were loud outside, then came back to their rooms playing music and singing until 4am. Absolutely horrible. Could have slept better at the airport.

Parking is on a first come first serve basis with about 5 or 6 parking spots along the road but during the week you’ll find a spot. The place is very nice and cozy and their terrace has beautiful views. It is a good and affordable stay with many places within a walking distance. Would stay here again!

This was the worst experience, they didn’t ever reach out to me about check in. I tried to contact them about the deposit and they never responded. We had it booked for a month. We flew 3000 miles and they canceled our reservation 2 hours after check in without warning. Don’t go!

This property was centrally located near dining, grocery, shopping and the beach, very walkable to everything. It's a simple bare bones choice for a few nights, with a nice patio to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. It was clean, safe and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The only frustrating issue we had was with the communication in gaining the access code to the facility, through the text system, but was eventually resolved. Otherwise, it's great value for the money, in this area, considering everything else is double the price.

As long as you don't expect much, you won't be disappoin**ent. It's literally a room with a TV and a fridge and a good bathroom. Good location, easily walkable to everything in Condado.
