Friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. A great location, close to the Pier, shops and some great places to eat. Parking pre booked and all good. Room lovely and clean, breakfast one of the best we've had. Will be returning. Thank you

You will not find more helpful and friendly staff than those at this hotel. Location is excellent and the breakfast very good. Accessibility is not good for people with walking difficulties, my wife has a walking frame, and is impossible for wheelchair users. However the hotel is hopeful that next year it will have a sloped entrance and will have a lift installed.

They upgraded us to a sea-view room which was great. Excellent breakfast. Manager Justin was good, and Matthew was very helpful - recommending a restaurant for fish and chips, giving directions, and solving an issue with my phone. Brilliant location, right by the pier and very close to the tram up to Great Orme. Didn't have to worry about parking as we arrived by bicycle.

Fantastic position with parking at £10.00 per night. Best breakfast. Room service little or none existent. Bed never made in 4 days, towels taken but not replaced with clean ones. No room service at all one day. Reception informed but did not improve at all. Booked double room but more like small double allocated.

Where to start.... I've seen nicer bedsits! My partner booked this hotel going off the 5 star reviews and all the "awards" However this is far from the reality of this hotel. The room was dirty, run down, poorly maintained and old. The bed was horrendous! So uncomfortable leading to us both having back ache and not able to sleep. The bathroom was dirty, thick dust behind the sink. Holes on the wall. From previous reviews the radiator has been missing for a while with radiators brackets sticking out of the wall. Which is actually dangerous if you was to slip. Breakfast was average. Needs better vegetarian options. The vegetable "sausage" were horrible and not a breakfast item. At breakfast I was served a carton of almond milk which was a month out of date! I just hope that was the only outcome of date item they served up. The smell in our room from breakfast wasn't very nice either, or the noise from the staff in the kitchen early in the morning after a awful night's sleep. Outside our room was a laundry cupboard, which we could hear the tubble dryer on past 11pm. Honestly can not believe the rate they are charging for this room, it's appalling. The sign states they have recently renoved the rooms. I fail to see where in this room? Worst hotel I have ever stayed! Don't pay for the hotels carpark either. It's cheaper on the street and free overnight.

We booked as last minute decision. We were very happy with our stay. We was greeted by a pleasant employee at the hotel, who was very helpful and the initial impression of the hotel is clean and modern take on a old building which we were happy with. The stay and room was lovely and the breakfast was very good with locally sourced produce. Thank you we will be returning.

Lovely few days in Llandudno. Room clean, lovely view, comfy beds, breakfast lovely, staff lovely and very helpful - already looking at booking next stay! Only thing that could have improved it would be more comfy pillows! Lovely view from room to my two boys ages 8 and 11 can’t wait to return !
