+ve Fabulous location, and very central with being walking distance to most attractions, Breakfast is great and more than enough for most, with a beautiful sun deck to eat on. Good transport links. Very warm in the room and very private. Shower gel available. -ve. Noisy with the windows open, although the windows have blinds, you have to stand in furniture to close them fully, Sunshine comes in through windows, so an eye mask is needed in the mornings, if you don’t want to be woken at 6am The bathroom, although more than adequate, windows from bedroom to bathroom, means you can see all that is happening.. All in all, I would recommend this hotel, as the owners appear to care about the visitors. And were very pleasant people. Tips: buy a transport pass on the bolt app, it’s approx £9.50 a day, and can be used on all public transport. The bikes are useful, if your a skilled cyclist, donkey? Seem to be the most prolific. Although trying to end the cycle can be a challenge, you have to drop them off at an official spot. To summarise, I loved Copenhagen, and would love to return at some point .
We stayed at this hotel last weekend in room 302, and it was truly disappointing. The room was spacious but poorly equipped—no phone, mini fridge, bathrobes, or other basic amenities. We didn’t have hot water, only lukewarm, and the shower curtain clung to us while showering. On Sunday, our second day, we didn’t receive housekeeping service until I requested it at the front desk at 4:30 PM, despite being out since 10 AM. The front desk attendant was alone and eating behind a wall, which left a poor impression. We asked for a late checkout at 12 PM instead of the standard 11 AM on Monday, and they requested additional payment. The hotel has aesthetic appeal, but that’s about it—no real service and more expensive than other 4-star hotels in the area. Definitely to be avoided.
