nice place a little bit far

Perfect for a short stay !

We have been to Corralejo 3 times before and stayed at Tao Caleta Playa which is great cental and on the beach, but this was fully booked so went Hysperia bristol playa which said near the harbour this is a 20 to 25 mins walk to the main restaurants and bars which is not a problem for us but the description seemed to make out it was nearer to the harbour than it is. If people with walking disabilities book here please make sure you ask for a ground floor as there are three floors in some blocks and no lifts at all, the complex is nice but room cleaning bed change and towel change is only once a week unlike other places we have been to that do it three times a week

We found these apartments more than satisfactory they are not 5* but clean tidy, comfy beds, sufficient appliances in kitchen to do breakfast and make a bit of lunch and a great power shower. Yes you need to empty your bins and cleaning is only provided once per stay but you can pay for clean towels and bedding if needed. Hotel staff very friendly, lovely food by the pool bar and an entertaining evening in the Bristol pub on site. Pool was lovely and peaceful never had an issue getting a sun lounger water was cold though. Found the location of the hotel great 10 minute walk from music square and 8 mins from the harbour, where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars restaurants we particularly liked were 5th Avenue amazing food, La Tahona, Le Sombrero Meson Las Tejas and McCarthy's for live music. All in all great holiday do not be put off by negative reviews, we had a great 10 days.

Stayed here for a week u only get your room cleaned once a week u want extra towels these are charged extra at 2 euro 50 so don't get yer towels dirty then saturday morning after a heavy night on drink gets a guy coming in room drilling to put a tv up in bedroom we have one in lounge built never watched it why can't this wait till we vacated very windy all week round pool windsurfer paradise so unless u like it windy I reccomend u don't stay here went to el cotillo on a bus 3 euros each beautiful beaches and no wind on other side of island

Very disappointed even more now I've read reviews saying people were upgraded free to a sea veiw. My agent got it wrong and never ticked the sea veiw box. And we got stuck at the back of hotel and when I asked for the sea veiw was told I needed to pay. I've had no dealings with hotel, only using it to sleep in as its not fit for anything else tbh. Far better hotels in the area for a fraction of what I paid

Have reviewed this hotel before and would like underline the effort and service put in by the Staff to make yout stay as nice as possible. They work continuously to keep the place very clean and tidy, from reception to the pools and Bars the upkeep is relentless, they create a very friendly environment, are helpful and cheerful and work together well such that we always look forward to returning and enjoying a very nice peaceful atmosphere and ambience.Friendly staff make friends.

I loved this place! The pool area is fantastic and we had no issues with getting a sunbed as mentioned in previous reviews. We stayed in a recently updated apartment and was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed, we were even given a sea view which was an added bonus. Yes the cleaners only come in once a week but if you take your towels to reception they will happily give you clean ones. There is a brush and mop & bucket in the apartment so it’s easy to keep it tidy yourself which we didn’t mind doing. The whole complex is extremely clean and tidy and the poolside bar is fab. We liked it so much we’ve booked for my partners birthday next year!!
