Schöne Anlage mit gepflegten Grünanlagen zwischen den Häusern. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und praktisch. Manches könnte ein bisschen Farbe vertragen, ist aber für ein 3 Sterne Hotel völlig ok. Das personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

I don't ever feel the need to write reviews however in this case I feel it necessary. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel as I did here. Meal times were an absolute nightmare with a 19th old and no help was offered being a single parent. So uncomfortable did i feel having a small child and being British that I abandoned the all inclusive and we found a restaurant at the beach where we ate good fresh food and then a mini market to buy food stuffs for breakfast and dinnertime I would not recommend this to anyone travelling with small children or British as its very obvious we're not welcome at all

If you crave a relaxing week away in the sun with a few good books then the Royal Suite is for you. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. I have never slept so well while on holiday, the beds were so comfortable. There is shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom and towels are changed daily. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as an indoor pool. There is plenty to eat at the restaurant which includes pasta dishes, meat and fish as well as plenty of vegetables and salads. Guests are predominantly Spanish, German and French. You can join in the aerobics, yoga, shuffleboard etc during the day while in the evening there is bingo followed by mini club then a disco although one evening there was a singer and guitarist there. Both bars are well stocked with alcohol and soft drinks and if the bar is not manned then you simply help yourself. The staff are so friendly and work exceptionally hard as a team. We didn't hire a car but there is a beach just a 15 min walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back to visit this little gem.

short breakaway with my partner, the hotel is french and german not many english but not a problem. pleasant stay glad we had a day sunshine .think it was just the time we went 2 of march . not alot around the hotel and area but did walk to the beach which was 20 minutes away. only one beach bar 4.20 for a beer and 5 for a plate of fries just to give you an idear.food was fine not a lot of meats but chicken pork ok . help your self to beers soft drinks great. bottles of wine you can take out of the fridgeand other sprits. 1 entertainer never really saw much but did his best ,a singer came on 1 night . all in all pleasant stay but not a lot to do around .friendly staff.but far out an hour transfer

It was o.k. I only stayed one night. It was difficult to find. I don't usualy stay all-inclusive but the buffet was fine.

“SUPER RECOMENDABLE” La comida el sitio la tranquilidad la amabilidad de los trabajadores desde el director don luis hasta las limpiadoras pasando por la gente del restaurante. Super atentos en todo momento a la hora de atendernos o de darnos leche para nuestro bebé, hasta tener el detalle de dejarnos un microondas en nuestra habitación. La verdad si buscan algo tranquilo donde relajarse disfrutar de una maravillosa atención de buena comida y buen trato no duden en ir a Royal Suite. Volveremos gracias a todos.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and very clean apartment with lots of space. Food for us was excellent and every day there was a choice of fish, pasta, chicken,beef and lots of salads. Two themed nights Chinese and Mexican were great. Mostly Spanish, German and French. Very few English which was a godsend for us. Brits abroad are a nightmare. Also first place we've ever been that had help yourself sparkling wines and one evening all the spirits were left on the bar to help yourself. Gym was a little disappointing.

We booked this as a cheap and cheerful final break of the year. We're not usually all-inclusive kind of people and tend to venture further a field longhaul. Having read some poor comments we were slightly skeptical, but we found the place fantastic for a weeks holiday, the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The all-inclusive options are good, unless you are a very picky 'English' only eater - breakfast and lunch options were preferred to the dinner options but still more than enough choice to make a meal. I can't comment on the alcohol situation as we are non-drinkers, but there is a variety of fizzy pop, water, fruit juice, a variety of coffee and tea options and alcohol free beer to choose from. We didn't spend much time in the resort itself as we like to explore - we hired a car and I would recommend doing so if you stay at this resort, especially if you aren't much of a walker as it's a 15/20 minute walk to the beach and resort centre. There is an onsite cat colony, a few specific cats came to our room to chill on the balcony, which we didn't mind as we are cat people. The pool area was cleaned daily and there was an ample amount of sunbeds available when required. The only negetive is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms - fans only. We had a fantastic time and hope to venture back someday.

Very large room with annexed lounge and large bathroom, two storey little building like small houses and little patio, very cosy. Clean place, very lovely staff. Location perfect for us out of the hassle, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Two good size swimming pools, plus Jacuzzi and sauna. Gym large with good variety of equipment in perfect state, reception give the key and ask €10 of deposit for use it. Lot of palms and shrubs, living onsite colony of cats. Self served drinks all day available, included alcohol. Food wise every day there is a special dish with the cook, ideally better have it freshly made otherwise it becomes dry in the heated tray. A choice of cooked and fresh vegetables, always some pasta and rice to dress as you like. Fruit, cakes and ice-cream, maybe not a huge choice but usually enough to find something you like. Drinks of choice, water, sift drinks, wine or beer. The beaches around are fantastic, if you like to walk you can reach Sotavento, an amazing wide never ending beach. But also Playa Esmeralda or Costa Calma are very good. For sure a place to come back to!

Read the reviews, can’t believe people had such a hard time of it. Lovely place, checkin staff pleasant, food was good with variety and something for everyone, unless you’re a picky English only eater. All drinks help yourself inclusive. Rooms are large, separate lounge area with TV, fridge, excellent WiFi coverage and ceiling fan. Hot water is instant, cleanliness really high. Wheelchair accessible as ramps to every area of the hotel.

Very rarely do reviews, def if British rethink,, hotel rooms and staff all good, drinks no Many complaints ,, was few issues if you a beer drinker anything else you be fine ,,the prob starts and ends in with good, terrible ,, came home very hungry ,, no choice for British ,,breakfast can get by with if u ok wi egg and toast,,and saw few comments Just cater for Germans ones I spoke to felt same ,, you see a lot unhappy faces at dinner time and becauce no many places local go get something eat ,, wasn’t good ,,

Me & my 8 year old daughter went to Royal suite 26/10/23 , the food was catered for French & Germans no choice at all. The staff was so rude & they had no respect for British guests . The lifeguards tried it on with every women going , 🤣 . The rooms was dirty & full of cockroaches,. No entertainment the only one we had was once for an hour then the guy made sangria. The reception staff were vile & also hated us brits !! The English were not liked at all , if you like hot dogs for bfast & rice go for it!! Horrible place .

Me and my wife visited this hotel only for 6 days in August 2023 for our wedding anniversary. We chose all inclusive but we did not expect too much from this small 3 star Hotel but we were quite nicely surprised. We usually staying in 4-5 stars hotels when we going on holiday so we do have a bit higher expectations but we wanted something more relaxing and quiet and this 3 star Hotel differently fulfilled our needs. As mentioned the hotel it's quite small but we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and service this hotel have. Restaurant was always clean and even there were no a huge choice of food like in 4/5 stars hotels we always had plenty of choices and every single day there was something new to try plus the food was always hot,fresh and have to say very tasty too, ice cream on lunch and dinner and tasty mixture of fruits...we actually enjoyed the food much more than what we had in 5 star Hotel in Turkey in June this year! Plenty of drinks too and again better choice, quality and quantity than we had in many 4-5 stars hotels....3 choices of wine (red,white and rose), lovely beer, water, soft drinks, juices, coffee and you could take as much as you want ,no limits and no long queues....we were absolutely shocked by this options in just 3 star Hotel. Pool clean and decent water temperature...not too cold but also not so hot so nicely refreshing in a hot weather. This was 1st hotel we didn't have to reserve or fight for sunbeds...we always find some (there could be little bit more pool umbrellas around the DJ/lifeguard area) but generally not a big deal and again pool bar...unlimited drinks of all kinds (alcohol or not alcohol drinks-their brands but very nice), juices, soft drinks, beer etc , no queues, no limits...just amazing! The area is quite as the hotel itself, music by the pool finished some days too early in our opinion (around 5pm) which become too quite around the pool if we stayed till about 7pm and it was only loud around the safeguard side of the pool as they just used 1 speaker so on the other side you can't hear much. You got other activities there like darts, billiard etc. around the pool area. There is another bar inside the building with a large room for the evening activities like bingo, kids programs etc....bar is again with lots of free drinks to take as much as you wish and even champagne in the fridge...crazy. There is a huge tree park near the hotel (towards the beach), around 5-10 minutes walk which is very unusual for this normally dry Canary Island ...absolutely great spot for morning or evening walk..we did it every single day. Beach and shops are about 10-15 minutes from the hotel so not too bad....sand beaches but would have to pay for sunbed and umbrella as owned privately but there was a lot of space to just sit on beach on your own towel..beaches are sandy with a small pebbles and there are chipmunks inside the rocks around the sea. Rooms are typical Spanish style and they were quite large too w
