Came the hotel during XMAS time. The service was nice and the breakfast was nice. The location is close to La DEFENSE giving access to the main attractions in Paris.

Un hôtel bien situé et des chambres propres et élégantes

Damaged furniture, very old fashioned studio with obsolete equipment, I would never call it 4-star hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and my price was 250€/night - crazy price for such place, moreover the room was not cleaned during the day. I wanted to take smashed eggs for a breakfast (breakfast offer is very poor anyway) but when I saw what was prepared I was not brave enough to put it on my plate. The price for such room/services should be below 100€/night. Sorry to say it, but I hope I will never go back there for a stay.

We travelled as a family of 4, with two young kids. We arrived quite late at night but there were no issues with accessing the apar**ent. It's about a 10 minute walk with suitcases etc from the train/Metro station and the escalators weren't working so getting the suitcases down the escalators required a little effort. Once in the apar**ent we found it clean and tidy. The kitchenette is just that! There is no oven or toaster just a hob and an all singing and dancing microwave but we managed to cook our meals well enough. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was a big bonus. It was quite hot in Paris for our trip and the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the fan on whilst in the apar**ent to stay at comfortable temperature and to allow the children to get to sleep. The pull out bed in the lounge, under the sofa had slats missing so you had to be careful where you put pressure on it. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful when needed, especially the young man on our arrival who gave us some bottles of refrigerated juice. The location of the apar**ent was ideal with a comfortable walk to public transport to go sightseeing. Overall it met our needs and we were generally happy with it.

Old, not everything was working

Having stayed at this property the previous month, we were looking forward to our return. We had requested a room at the rear of the property for this visit which was duly allocated. Unfortunately there was no kettle which was rectified within the day, additionally the toilet also sprung a leak. Again this issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The patio of the apar**ent was unfortunately very untidy. Although we encountered a few problems, we had an enjoyable stay and cannot sing the praises of the staff - Friendly, helpful and very apologetic for our problems. Additionally, we emailed to raise awareness of the problems mentioned, within days we had a call from the manager who was sympathetic, apologetic and understanding. We would highly recommend this property, we will return Many thanks.

No AC in the room despite I booked an AC room. The hotel is least bothered and my umpteen reminders were useless. Whenever I ask them about room AC and bathroom issues, the only answer I get is “we are trying, please wait”. AC is not working.Bathroom water cool and hot mixer not working.Balcony is all broken, Room is filthy. My entire holiday in Paris is spoilt due this hotel issue, I would hold Adagio and ********* responsible for all my sufferings on this holiday. I will ensure that entire social media should know about it. It’s a complete fraud that on the name of 4 star hotel, you are befooling the world.

Wir waren mit der Familie in Paris, wir hatten ein Apar**ent gebucht. Das Zimmer ist völlig runtergekommen, Heizung funktioniert nicht, es sind Heizstrahler im Zimmer aufgestellt, die aber zu einer sehr trockenen Luft geführt haben. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir alle angefangen zu husten. Das Zimmer ist völlig veraltet, und nicht akzeptabel. Aus den Wasserleitungen kam braunes Wasser. Des weiteren finden in dem Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, die ständig gebohrt haben. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal nehmen.
