ノース ピア ホテル(North Pier Hotel)

We stayed in the Bay view Room with the double queen beds. It was very spacious for our family of 3. The location is perfect, facing the picturesque Cowes Beach and only a few minutes away from Cowes shops and short drive away from all the islands attractions. I did like that we were close to the bistro so we could eat there if we wanted to. The rooms were clean always. The jacuzzi is always a pleasant touch. Very comfortable works fine. Just some critiques. Our kettle was not working upon arrival so I think some of the appliances should be checked prior to guests arriving. The room has AC and heating which is good but I suppose if there was a security mesh after the glass doors then we can allow for ventilation without opening the glass sliding door, and also would add an additional security to the door. Also we were assigned the ground floor bay view. It's right next to the bistro which when you go out and sit on the chairs it's not very private. Perhaps an option to choose level 2 or 3 would be better even for the views. Perhaps there's a way to do so in the booking otherwise maybe if you call reception they can help organise that. We didn't we booked online on Trip.com. Overall a very pleasant stay, reception was helpful and replaced the kettle, rooms were neat and tidy always. Would definitely come back. Side note the car park can sometimes be crowded because some guests like to occupy two parking spots, if they can be reminded by staff it may be easier to other guests to park close to their rooms.

La ubicación perfecta. Frente a la playa y muy céntrico, cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes. En cuanto a la limpieza , nuestra habitación la hacían a la tarde, así que no podías echar una siesta e incluso hubo un día que no la hicieron, tan solo las camas y dejaron las toallas, pero recomendable por su ubicación y por el precio. De la comida la verdad es que en el restaurante que tenía no comimos ningún día porque los precios nos parecieron un poco caros con respecto a otros restaurantes que había cercanos.

Stayed 1 nite after watching Penguin parade. It’s only 10-15mins drive away. Location was great with lots of eateries n amenities. Hotel is facing the pier - beautiful n ample parking close to the room! Room was neat tidy with all basic amenities in place ! Will stay again next time we r here !

比較殘舊，不過位置絕佳。隔音比較差，早上附近方便退房聲音像沒有隔音一樣。 退房時間比較早，需要注意。

North pier hotel is very near the sea with beautiful beaches and near the Main Street in Cowes town.

The hoyel service was fine, the room was also clean. there are a lot of free parking in the hotel area. but one thing that we werenot happy. we have to check out on time at 10 am, just a few minutes late, then the hotel will charge your credit card. so remember this thing. the rest is fine

It was really nice hotel, nice staff with excellent service. Close to everything within walking distance.

Nice place to stay . Great price and location for the iconic penguin parade . Tons of food options around the hood

Service was very good. Hotel staff assisted us with after hours check in plus retrieval of ‘left behind’ items upon check out when it was outside of the operating hours!!
