Toilet did not flush well. Phone in room did not work. I told the front desk and they replaced it.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom faucet was leaking when I arrived and could not be turned off completely, the sound made it difficult to sleep. Finally, there was the end of a joint in the water tank of the coffee maker so clearly it had not been cleaned. I was in a hurry on business so I did not report this to the staff, who were otherwise friendly enough.

It was mostly what i expected but the first room i had included a heater that made awful noises and kept me from sleeping much. The other room i got - was uncontrollably hot no matter what temp we set the heater to.

Property overall could definitely use some updates. The front desk attendant Wayne was very helpful and friendly. I was given a room that wasn’t clean. The front attendant came up immediately with 5 different keycards for 5 different rooms to accommodate. We inspected two in which those two were as dirty. The third was decent. Although the refrigerator didn’t work & the bathroom had cobwebs.

We received our keys and room number. Lugged everything up to our room, opened the door and the room hadn’t been cleaned yet! Back to front desk and got a different room.

The room smelled so bad and the facet was dropping under the sink. Pillow cases were used from people before us.

I extended, one, house keeping knocked once and opened my door. 😡. Room is out dated and bathroom is gross. Not worth the money. Management is usless!

Upon walking into the (ground level) room we smelled an odor of most likely a sewer gas smell. The toilet seat and toilet was dirty which I noticed when I did the inspection, The frame had visible black mold around the door frame. The last straw was a bug, presumably a bed bug on the sheet under the pillow on the sheet. That was it we left.

This motel felt really icky and unsafe when we checked in. The breakfast was nice an the breakfast area was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean & the bed was comfortable. Free Breakfast was better than the average. Downside the bathroom was small.

The furniture in the room was stained and dated. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9am, but the staff was cleaning up breakfast at 8:15 so there was very little selection. The common areas were nicely appointed, but they need better service and the rooms need improvement.

Property was clean well kept. Breakfast was standard. Staff friendly. Great value

This hotel served very well for our quick visit for a wedding: clean, comfortable, convenient and good price for the service. Thank you.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options varied and tasted good. Amenities were sufficient and loved having microwave and refrigerator in room. Only complaints were the bathroom floor was sticky - had to wipe my feet before putting on shoes and didn't appreciate the maid knocking on the door at 8:50 AM asking us if we were ready to leave. We didn't get in until well past 11 pm and were tired. Check-out is 11 am.
