My stay was great, me and my friend enjoyed the resort to the fullest. Omg the staffs in the restaurant and the bar were so welcoming, Sergio, Marco, they were all great. We had a beautiful view from our room, absolutely the best. And the resort is so nice, just like the picture😍

The property overall was good. It is an older resort situated on a cliff over looking the water. Parking was free, however, it was not close to our room. Unloading and loading was the only challenge, but it was not a big deal to us. There are a lot of stairs depending on where you are staying to get to your room. They do have a tram that runs every 15 min to help with all the stairs and up hill walking.

We really appreciated our 3 days at the Villas Sol Beach. Checking in and checking out was really fast and easy. The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. The buffet was good with a lot a choices. The only thing we didn’t liked is the bed… it was so inconfortable and hard.. We will not come back at this hotel because of that..

Don't book it all inclusive. It's nothing good there to write about the food or amenities at the beach. Vilas are very specious, very outdated but nice if you book it only as stay in and travel around.

Elvis the bartender was muy bueno! Place was peaceful with excellent views. The shuttles around the property and to the beach were nice. Bedrooms were good sized, nice bathrooms and good balconies. No issues with staff or service.

I enjoyed my stay here, I feel it could use some revamping but for the cost, I felt it was well worth the money. I enjoyed everyone we encountered there, that worked at the resort and the view is breathtaking. My experience over all here was good!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. Not only did they run out of water, leaving guests unable to use the restroom, wash our hands, or shower, but the staff's lack of communication and indifference to the situation was appalling. Despite going over 36 hours without water, there was no update or apology from the staff. When we called for information, they were uninformative and seemed utterly unconcerned. Upon checking out, there wasn't even a hint of an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the hotel's water shortage. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Very convenient property near the beach. If you have a vehicle you can park at the property and there’s a shuttle that can take you back and forth to playa hermosa. Our room was a little outdated and with thin walls you can basically hear guests next door in every conversation.
