コンドバク ラ コスタ - オールインクルーシブ(Condovac la Costa All Inclusive)

We had no hot water one day and another day we had no cold water and our toilet didn't work. They didn't have a phone to call in case we needed anything. The front office is not very friendly. Getting around the hotel was hard. They would not wash the dishes. We had to ask for stuff. The food was not good at all and they didn't have a variety of food. I would not recommend this hotel. I would like to get some compensation back.

Should shut down until refit. Absolutely a place to avoid. bad food, indifferent staff, staff apparently not bilingual , many property lights out,

We had raccoons in the ceiling! They woke us up at 4 am scurrying around and fighting. Horrible! I complained and they said they would look into. Then I had raccoons in my kitchen eating our food. I had a raccoon open my bedroom door! When they destroyed my room I finally got another room. We had to lock the doors connecting our rooms which is a fire hazard since we r on the second floor and the only exit is the first. Never again!

This is an older resort in an incredible setting. We loved that it caters to locals as well as international guests, and so it is a much more immersive Costa Rican experience. Food is plentiful, and also local/ we are not did the buffet, and found it good home style local food. Would return again!

The food was always served "buffet style except for b"fast. they offered made tto order eggs, including omelets. After the 2nd day, we started eating at restaurants outside the resort for everything but b'fast.

Very difficult to write this email. I am not the person to complaint . However, I felt like it is necessary to say this for the sake of future travelers. I was here for 5 nights I had 3 issues out of my 5 day stay . No hot water / water leak in my room where my my personal belongings got wet . And No water at ALL! I was in excursions on a daily basis and coming tired, to just come back to my room and relax however, that was not the case !! Overall,run down , food , service response, personnel Communication amongst management needs major attention if they want people to still come back !! I could go on and on but I tried to just give it a quick respond .

This was our fifth time staying at Condovac. We feel it is the best budget all-inclusive in the area. The beach is amazing, the food is healthy and satisfying, the view from the open-air dining area is spectacular, the rooms are clean and spacious and the walk into town is safe and pleasant both during daylight hours and in the evening when it is dark. There is both a supermarket (with liquor and a pharmacy) and a very nice gift shop within walking distance of the resort. A bonus would be snorkeling right off the beach!

I enjoyed it very much. Could have had more shuttles to take you to the top in the afternoon and evening so didn’t have to wait so long.

Staff was wonderful. Booked several excursions and they did a wonderful job scheduling everything for us!
