トラベロッジ バイ ウィンダム カルバー シティ(Travelodge by Wyndham Culver City)

This was a rough rough rough stay. Beyond being there only five minutes, and a janitor barging in without knocking. Then the phone didn't work, despite the front desk calling mulitple times...so we could receive calls, but didn't have the ability to answer. The alarm clock in the room someone had set for 2am, and we couldn't fix it, norm unplug it. Oh, and someone else's hair was everywhere. After complaining, all they could do was offer us a new room

The fire alarm went off on both nights of my stay. The Fire department did not show up on either night. Asked the night clerk about this and he said the fire alarm system is not tied up to the fire department. He said if the alarm goes off he walks around to see if he sees smoke. If he does he calls the fire department. I found this to be very concerning.

Location Location this was just a perfect location for beach & Universal Studios not to far away. Didn't spend much time in the room as the plan was just top get some sleep. The room was spacious and beds are confortable. The best part of the property was just simply the location

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All 3 of the receptionist that we dealt with were rude. The toilet did not flush and they wanted me to use the plunger. They brought it dripping with water from previous use. The bathroom door would not latch. This hotel in not maintained properly.

This place is terrible. We were hesitant about booking this place because the reviews are so split - 50% said the place was fine, 50% said it was bad. I booked this spot for my partner because he was taking the bar exam. He said that it smelled like an ashtray even though it was supposed to be non-smoking and he he couldn’t even sleep on the mattress because the indents were so huge and then there was a huge hump in the mattress - so he slept on the sofa. He said that he was genuinely worried about bed bugs as well so we had to wash everything as soon as he got back. The wifi did not work AT ALL. Keep in mind - we are pretty low maintenance. We stay in hostels, stay in Motel 6s. So for the stay to be that bad that my partner said that we need to leave a review so other people are warned… you know it’s bad.

We arrived to check in and there was nobody in the lobby. There was a small note taped to the window saying “Be back at 7pm” which was about 1/2 hour after we arrived. I was shocked there was nobody in the lobby! Another guest was also waiting to check in. The phone was ringing and nobody answered it. Then we got up to the room and it definitely had a cigarette smell. The wallpaper was hanging off the wall in the room and in the bathroom and the shower and ceiling in the bathroom had mold!
