4 estrelas para limpeza porque o banheiro tinha pelos no chão; 4 estrelas para as instalações porque de madrugada ouvi muitos barulhos e ruídos vindos de outros quartos e do corredor, de chuveiro, de descarga de banheiro, de conversas, ouve-se toda a instalação hidráulica vizinha e incomoda bastante. Fiquei hospedada no primeiro andar. No mais, é um hotel lindo, com cama confortável, banheiro agradável, chuveiro ótimo, banheira, design lindíssimo, decoração muito bela, café da manhã delicioso, atendentes prestativos e solícitos.

Amazing place. There isn't anything negative to say about this property. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. I visited back in July so the weather was just perfect. There was delicious soup buffet. Professional, courteous and friendly. Good location. Mr Francis really makes your stay welcoming. He's very friendly, helps you with directions, places to visit, ea. Everyday he makes sure to acknowledge the customers, have a little chat. Definitely recommend this hotel for leisure or business.

The place has a mix decor bringing both history and trendiness to it. it gives you a vibe of a bohemian hotel that has lived its live fully. every collaborator was extremely helpful and super nice! its definitely a hidden gem you must try!

Horrible experience and customer service! The manager, Françoise, has no customer service skills and is not capable of giving one a straight answer. If you have an issue during your stay, don’t ask for her!

Beautiful hotel in a historical building with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

This is a great place. It's very centrally located just down the road from a lovely square and there are heaps of shops on the street and the fabbest restaurant practically next door (Placa de 5 Sentidos) where you can eat good food while listening to a live classical performance by a violinist or pianist, or both. The hotel is very clean and comfortable -- everything works - and the staff at reception are very helpful and can organise your train trip to Morretes and advise you how to get to Ilha do Mel. The breakfasts are nice and they have afternoon tea as well with coffee and cakes. The laundry service is good too.

Helpful and attentive service, English actually spoken which is not usually the case in Brazil even promised as a service. Wonderful breakfast.

Funcionários muito educados e solícitos, quarto confortável e bem decorado para nos receber, café da manhã delicioso, além da ótima localização. Já conhecia o espaço na época do meu casamento e agora retornei em família e super indico!!!

O hotel é lindo e muito aconchegante, além de limpo e cheiroso. A maioria dos funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos, com exceção de dois, que pareciam ter o rei na barriga. O café da manhã não tem tantas opções, mas é delicioso. O restaurante do hotel tem preço justo e comida boa. Enfim, no final das contas a experiência foi ótima e pretendo me hospedar novamente nele.
