Excellent boutique hotel near plaza de armas. Quite and clean. The front desk agents were very friendly and extremely helpful answering all my questions regarding what to do, eat and where to explore. The rooms are big enough, hot water all the Time, very quite and peaceful. I LOVE to hear the birds singing in the mornings near my window. I will return and recommend this hotel no doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Apus. It's very well located and the service, excellent. Special mention to Rocío, at the front desk: not only is she very nice, but also very knowledgable about Cusco, its history and art. Very helpful tips regarding places to visit. Very nice too the other lady (name?) at the front desk. They made their best to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet (we stayed at the 3rd floor, away from the the general movement of the hotel). I would recommend to replace/renew the pillows. The breakfast was excellent, with all sort of options (Fruits, cereal, eggs, cheese, ham, bread, homemade marmelade, etc.) Very well attended by the chef Willy and the waiter (name?). I would recommend this place without hesitation

The hotel is conveniently located in San Blas, the artistic neighbourhood of Cusco, only steps from historic main square. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and kind. The hotel provides very nice breakfast, including eggs prepared to order and local fruits. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed in Los Apus for 4 days in May 2024. We found the hotel romantic and attractive. It is located in Cusco's historic district, with it's fascinating architecture and good restaurants. Our room was very small and simple, and somewhat dark, but that's probably typical of Cusco rooms. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was minimal, but OK. Getting to the hotel requires going up stairs from the nearest street, and the most of the rooms in the hotel are upstairs with no elevator.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and had a lot of personality. Excellent service and helpful staff available 24/7. The structure offers a restaurant, quick laundry service and a very nice rooftop bar.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my stay in Cusco. I debated between this hotel and other properties near Wanchaq until the very last minute, but I am so glad that I stayed at Los Apus. The location is very convenient - close to the main square, and key viewpoint spots around San Blas areas. While it is in the convenient location, the streets where the hotel is on were generally very quiet. I rarely heard anyone honk. The room is clean and well-maintained. Some rooms do have windows to the corridor, but the noise didn't bother me at all. The rooms are also very well sound-proof. The hotel staffs prepared for early morning to-go box for the breakfast consisting of water, sandwich, and fruit. I appreciated it so much for my early-morning tour days. The breakfast selection at the hotel was also very good. Airport transfer arranged by the hotel was punctual and convenient. Especially, on the arrival, I didn't need to worry about calling Uber or arranging taxi myself. If you are looking to travel to Cusco, look no further than Los Apus Hotel & Mirador. You won't be disappointed.

Very kind all crew, specially miss Rocìo. Assorted and delicious breakfast. Room and bathroom very clean always, and ubication to downtown is perfect to go every attraction in Cuzco. Hotel has a "mirador" in roof. I recommend 100%!! And of course we would go back👌.

Our visit to Cusco couldn't have started better!!!! The hotel is a marvel, a colonial-style building from the 17th century. It is very well equipped and has a special charm, like the city and its people. The room was very spacious, clean and cozy. After a scheduled excursion we returned to the hotel again, and the second room was just as extraordinary. Regarding its location, it is also 5 stars, it is in the San Blas neighborhood, very close to the main square, close to everything. But most importantly, the staff...all very attentive, friendly, made us feel at home. Would we return again? Without a doubt, a 100% recommended place!!!!
