We spent 7 nights at the Marriott and loved every minute. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even arranged breakfast boxes one morning as we had to leave before 6am for golf. We were upgraded to a fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking the garden and ocean. So lovely to sit outside and listen to the waves. We booked another room on points very last minute and they were so accommodating making sure the room was next to ours. The beds were big and comfortable and the linen and towels were the usual good Marriott quality. Really nice touch leaving a sweet treat in the room every night. The restaurant manager was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten, dairy and chilli free! He always checked in to see the food was ok and had great recommendations re food. All the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the decor of restaurants was nice. The grounds, pools and beach are amazing. So well looked after and clean and tidy. The water temperature was perfect and the infinitely pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. Plenty of sun lounges and 5 pools to choose from. The life guards kept a close eye on everything and were always so friendly. The beach seems to go forever so great for walks. The hotel keeps their section of the beach so clean - a noticeable difference to some other sections. The gym is small but good and the spa is lovely. The resort is in a great location. 10 mins to the main Da Nang beaches and bars along the beach and 15-20 mins into the town centre and markets. 25 mins the other way and you’re in Hoi An old town. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of everything but close enough and cheap enough to catch a taxi or a Grab whenever we needed to. Perfect location for all the golf courses too so would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

ホテルに設置しているATMでお金を引き出そうとしたらカードが出て来なくなり、目の前のパン屋さん？のお店のスタッフに事情を説明して『フロントスタッフを呼んで欲しい』 と伝えたら『3分くらいしたら出てくるので待ってて』と言われましたが結局出て来ず、再度伝えても待ての一点張り。しかたないのでフロントに出向き説明したら 明日の10時に業者が来るというのでその時間帯は帰国の為、チェックアウトしている旨を伝えたら 『カードを廃止して新たなカードを作ってください』と言われました。 まあそれはスタッフのせいでもないしどうしようもない事もあるので、そこまで怒りもありませんでしたが お値段が張るバーベキューディナーに最終日の夜に 行きましたが、帰国の空港で嘔吐下痢になり 空港の看護師さんが来てくれ、吐くだけ吐いて 薬をもらいしばらくすると何とか動けるようになったので ヘロヘロになりながら飛行機に乗りました。 看護師さんによると食中毒だと言われました。 その日は昼ごはんを食べていなかったので バーベキューディナーが原因だとわかりました。 なぜなら、焼く前の生のイカや海老、スィーツなどが 外に出されていて、冷蔵対策はしてませんでした。 ケーキは一口食べてぬるっとしたのですぐ食べるのを やめました。 今回はお値段もそれなりのクラブラウンジ付きのプラン にしていたので、宿泊を楽しみにしていましたが 本当に残念でした。

Now my family are spending wonderful time at Da Nang Vinpearl resort & spa. Especially thanks to Tue Nghi, we were very happy on July 22 2023, which was my daughter’s birthday. Thank you again Tue Nigh and the manager of Monsoon restaurant for the birthday cake and the great song.

I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

このホテルの真髄は250メートルのプールです。グリルや海辺のラップラージュレストランも美味しいし、夜にtable88から部屋に食べ物を注文するのもとても良いです。全体的に満足、非常にコストパフォーマンスが高い。すべての設備を備えたウェイターもとても親切です。韓国や他のアジア諸国から多くの友人が休暇で訪れますが、ホテルの 200 室以上の客室は混雑を感じません。 デメリット：部屋タイプを間違えると建設現場に面してしまう可能性が高いです😓

部屋、食事、ロケーション、サービスどれをとっても最高でした！！親切にアップグレードもしてくれて、ペントハウスとコテージに泊まりましたがどちらも清掃が行き届いており満足です。ベルボーイやフロントの人もとても親切で丁寧で、プールもビーチもとても美しく非日常を存分に味わえます。強いて言うなら、コテージのコンセントの数が少なかったのとドライヤーが冷風しか出なかったところが残念でしたが、それ以上に満足です。また利用したいと思います。

今回大学時代の友人同士4人での旅行です。全く計画しないで来てしまったので現地でガイドブックを参考に観光しようとしていたところ、スタッフのドリーさんが日本語で笑顔で話しかけてくれました。タクシーやスパの手配、お勧めの観光スポット等、色々と手助けしてくれて何か困った事があったらLINEで随時連絡を取れる様にしてくれたので心強かったです。コンドミニアムも良く手入れが行き届いており、庭には数種のお花が咲き乱れていますし、真っ青な空と海のプライベートビーチとプールは絵葉書の様に美しく、本当に夢の様な5日間でした。 また是非こちらのホテルに滞在したいと思います。

TMS ホテルのサービスはとても良くて、まるで VIP のような気分になります。 ホテルではマンツーマンのガイド付きでホイアンに行く手配をしてくれましたが、実際、料金が少し高かったことを除けば、ガイドさんは全行程英語で対応してくれたので、安心して行くことができました。プロセスの詳細については触れませんが、ホテルに戻るまですでに 10 日前でした。しばらくすると、受付係が出てきて、今日はどうだったかと尋ねました。彼は率先してやって来ました。彼は良い仕事をしたと思います👍🏻、追加点です😌😌😌😌 最終日チェックアウト後、バナヒルズ行きのチャーター車を手配していただきましたが、ホテル側で高級車を手配していただき、私は直接空港へ向かいましたが、この手配は本当に良かったです。 ホテルのスタッフは全ての手続きにおいて障壁なく英語でコミュニケーションを取り、私が望んでいたサービスを手配してくれました✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ チェックインの際、最初にお飲み物を特別に冷やさせていただきます。 部屋は写真と同じです。

ミーケビーチの目の前でロケーション最高。海に登る朝日に感動。ホテルのプールからの海が見えて最高に気持ちいい。無料のアフターヌーンティーもケーキ、フルーツ、お茶もついてまったりでき素敵でした。　部屋も広く、無料のお水も完備。朝食のバイキングもいろんな料理が用意され、美味しかったです。コスパ最高でまた来ます。

This is one of the best and unique hotel of Da Nang. Newly opened and the only hotel in Da Nang that has 2 infinity pools one for sunrise and one for sunset. Great staff and special compliments to manager Mr T for making special breakfast for vegetarians and showing the place around. Also, help choose the rooms with the best view. Our family had the most memorable time. Thanks Mr. T and M hotel for memorable experience. We will visit again soon.
