ゴールドフィンチのロケーションと室内ダイニングサービスはとても良いです。しかし、支払ったお金に見合う価値があるとは感じませんでした。無料のWiFiはなく、有料のWiFiのコストは非常にばかげていました。飲料水やトイレットペーパーなどのアメニティは補充されておらず、要求する必要がありました。特に近くの安いホテルに頼まなくてもこれらの基本的な設備を手に入れることができるので、私はここに再び滞在することはありません。

私たちは2泊しましたが、2つの独立したベッドのある寛大な部屋が好きでした。部屋は清潔で快適で静かで、モダンな電子制御が装備されていることがわかりました。そのため、夜は理由もなくエアコンのパネルが時点灯していました。それを止める方法が見つかりませんでした。エアコン自体はうまく機能し、温度は調整しやすくなりました。両方のベッドには、同じ大きな枕が2つあり、快適さには大きすぎます。代わりに、どの枕が一番よく眠れるかを選択するために、サイズの異なる枕が2つ必要でした。しかし、ホテルには枕が1つしかありませんでした。5階の朝食は豊富で質が良かった。そのため、私たちはホテルに80%以上満足していました。

We stayed for a day at the Vivanta mangalore. We were well greeted and well taken care of and the rooms were really good. the breakfast excellent with quite a huge spread. Pleasant and supportive staff made the stay even more lovely. The location is also ideal

I came to ginger manglore with my friends and staff was very helpful mainly Mr Abhisek from front office he was very kind attend me very quickly and the housekeeping Hassan was also very fast to give request requirement and security team mr Rahul was also very helpful to bring luggage I was very happy with ginger the way they given services

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

*no tv connection *no hot water *no 24*7 reception staff availability *no housekeeping service not even once they cleaned my room when i stayed. * no proper restaurants around * rooms were not cleaned properly before check in. *rates are too high looking at emenities availability.
