Overall pretty good. Breakfast reasonable, hot tub and pool nice. The handle on the shower was very hard to turn. I wonder why when breakfast is served and there are people at every table and there is no spills why maintenance has to start mopping the floor and putting up those yellow wet floor signs for people to trip over. But otherwise staff nice, facility clean and well kept. Getting out can be an adventure if you have to go east-the U-turn can take awhile to get to and make...

Older property, but kept clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is the noise from the airplanes taking off and landing at FLL airport. My room was on the fourth (top) floor and it sounded like the jets were landing on the roof. The noise did stop between 11pm and 6am, but unless you're a very sound sleeper - good luck!

Fairfield Inn was in a great location for convenience in regards to the Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. For a fee they provide a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up from the terminal. It was one less thing we needed to worry about to make our vacation stress free.

Its old, rundown in my room. 3 lights were out (bulbs missing) Bathtub so old and looked dirty. I would take a shower in it. Not worth the money.

good luck with the airport shuttle, even though we confirmed a day ahead, and called 3 times, took almost 2 hours to get shuttle to pick us up, the staff was extremely friendly, but the room had mold in bathtub, closet was all damaged and screwed Shut, nowhere to put luggage, breakfast was the absolute worst ive had anywhere in the country...after talking with front desk who was very friendly they did give us a $30 discount on our $275 room, almost any other motel would have deeply discounted..

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the towels were so soft and plush, the free hot breakfast was delicious, it's 10 minutes from the airport and ******, and they provide a shuttle to/from the airport. We will definitely stay here again!

Location is their only advantage but service is unacceptable! We booked specifically for the shuttle so that we don’t have to take the Uber in early morning hours however when we arrived at the front desk they told us that there are limited seats and they can’t take us. The next shuttle would have left us limited time for the airport, they run at the top of the hour. The night front desk was not clear about that when they told us just come down 5 mins before the shuttle time but morning front desk told us that they can only accommodate limited people. Ridiculous service, book yourself a different hotel and get Uber , which is easier to get any hour of the day

Convenient to cruiseport, friendly staff. Enjoyed the hot breakfast and free airport shuttle transportation service. Beds not very comfortable.

We caught the free shuttle from the airport, which was nice. The staff was great. They were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, however, the carpeting in the halls was EXTREMELY stained and looked filthy. The carpet in one of our rooms was torn up near the door inside the room.
