ハイアット ハウス フォート ローダーデール エアポート & クルーズ ポート(Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port)

Great location lots of great food and entertainment within a short walking distance. Perfect spot to stay the night the day before or after your cruise. And with an easy free transportation to the airport.

There are 2 Hyatt Airport and Cruise Ports and that would have been good to know as we would have referenced it by address instead of name. We gave our driver the name and he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Luckily it was across the street so we could walk there with our luggage. We also didn't get the free shuttle because the number we were given was for the wrong hotel and they never answered the phone. Once we got to the proper place it was fine.

Definitely not the nicest Hyatt in Fort Lauderdale. Musty smelling in the lobby and throughout the hotel limited staff with an extremely long way to check it. I would definitely find a hotel closer to the port or the airport because even though this list as an airport or hotel is not close to either.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice only a couple worn spots. We were disappointed that the restuarant was only serving pizza and wings the night of our arrival. But it was good. The breakfast area was lacking enough seating for guests. And the food was not so good. It was your usual hotel breakfast food just not done well. They were also having issues keeping it refilled.

The staff was not in uniform.They way they spoke to customers on the phone and in person was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, saddened at the way Hyatt brand was represented at this establishment.

Pool was not heated. If you’re going to Florida in winter you want to go in the pool. Because the pool area seemed to only get sun for a couple hours in the morning it will not get warm from the sun and needs a heater Room could be cleaner and the carpet definitely needed to be cleaned Elevator was unbelievably slow and made sketchy noises Room phone didn’t work and I asked for it to be fixed and it wasn’t Staff was nice The information sheet they give says light cleaning daily and sheets changed every 4 days, which is fine. But we had to ask for the light cleaning to be done.

Our shuttle driver. I couldn’t understand him due to his thick accent. He was very curt and impatient, bordering on rude. Everything else was wonderful. Room is beautiful, comfortable bed, and the best shower Ive ever had.

Excellent pre or post cruise hotel. Friendly and professional staff; nice rooms, and a lot of shopping/eating options easily walkable distance. Arranging transportation to the cruise port was also easy and affordable. Will choose to stay here in the future!

Although I only stayed 1 night, it was great! If I ever visit the area again, I will definitely look at staying here again. When I tell you this place was spotless - I mean it! I have NEVER seen anyone scrubbing the metal floor piece in the main doorway with a TOOTHBRUSH! They are dedicated to cleanliness. Every area I went into was clean, bright, and smelled sooooo good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always greeted me with a smile and kindness. I didn't get to try the breakfast, but from the looks of it, the other guests really enjoyed it!
