Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.
Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.
We had reached Darjeeling without any specific travel plans and without a hotel reservation , and as we were walking on the Hill Cart Road we chanced upon the Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa. We sat in the lobby and make a booking through a online portal and then proceeded to the reception counter. The staff who attended on us Ms Vamika was extremely polite, helpful and professional and in no time we were escorted to our room. The room and the washroom was extremely spacious and clean as well. We could not make out much of the view outside as it was late in the evening, but the view we got in the morning just took our breath away, the Mt Kanchunjunga view from morning to evening was awe inspiring and the colours and scenery kept changing with every passing hour. The colours and hues of the mountains and the sky during sunset was again breath taking to say the least. The restaurant and the breakfast spread was excellent. The a la carte menu we opted for dinner was also very good. Thanks once again to Ms Vamika and Udaan Himalayan Suites for making our stay in Darjeeling memorable and I am pretty sure I will come back and recommend this place to my friends and relatives planning a trip to Darjeeling.

Dining experience was good, particularly the dinner buffet. With the kids, besides the fun outside, at the end of the day, they are looking for a special dinner and that expectation was met. The Chef Pramod and Chand were very courteous. One thing that deserves mention that there was a balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. One thing that didn't suit our taste buds were the green juices. Other than that all were good.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. especially manager Dipesh biswakarma The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. and loved convenient location close to major attractions looking forward to visit soon
We have booked this property for two days from agada . while booking no whare it was mantion online food are not allowed. And even we have ask for dentil kit they said we don't provide.i have ask for plates they said to don't provide for outside food but weard things is they said it will be on chargeable bases first time in my life I heard plates are provided in chargeable bases in hotel for inhouse guest I have complain in reception they said daily number 8 i have call on number 8 which was resturant nub again they said to talk with reception..no one is trying to solve the problem lake of hospitality and worst service even they serve tea in cutting glass. ...if you want to see nightmare than you can choose this property.
