非常好！很滿意！下次還會去。

Complexe très charmant et bien situé. Piscine et Hammam agréables même si la décoration est un peu passée. Cocktails au bar très bons et service irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié la chambre prestige 137 pour son côté spacieux, le café et thé, chaussons et peignoirs mais elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement voir une rénovation de sa SDB. La baignoire était tachée sur toute la longueur et ne donne pas envie de s’y allonger! Le meuble vasque fait cheap…À savoir que cette chambre doit p-e appartenir à la suite présidentielle (135) car elle donne sur la terrasse de la suite sans pouvoir y accéder. On a un petit manque d’intimité car on s’attend à voir arriver quelqu’un sous notre fenêtre! Bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix et une chambre à ce prix là pas digne d’un 5*

We had an enjoyable 2 day stay here. Our room had a view of the beach & tennis courts. The bed was very comfy & the room was very clean. There was an elevator but we took the stairs to our room when we could. There were some large murals on display on 2 the floors that we found interesting. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel one of our nights. The other evening we walked about 1-2 blocks to an Italian restaurant (unfortunately I don't remember its name) . Their food was quite good. The hotel had a breakfast buffet with many, many choices. We were able to walk around the town & down to the promenade by the beach.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment you approach from the front entry the message is, this is going to be special. The reception desk while understated, leads you into the opulent lobby and toward the bar, restaurant and veranda. The rooms are covered in padded fabric and the best ones face the water. you overlook the horse training facility and clay tennis courts. The hotel is situated right in the Heart of Deauville. Convenient to the water, the village, the restaurants, the ****** and the super high end shops. This is the BEST place to stay in town.

Chambermaid service did not meet expected standards. Bath robes were very tatty and threadbare. the air conditioning did not work so they had to provide an electric heater. We also had other issues which the hotel did their best to resolve

Very old hotel not renovated.. with all old furniture . The worst moment was spa, I had a facial massage (asked for 30 minutes) but it lasted barely 20 minutes . Esthetician touched all the time her phone ( to check the time) and after I said I wasn’t satisfied but anyway they charged me 70 euros! Room Service is really slow …

Hotel looks tired and shabby needs a good luck of paint and a good **** on private terraces Large group of corporate staff using bar areas so no where to sit in lounge all yapping on phones and using laptops in groups not good for paying guests !! Room was very small for a large price Toilet area too small to close door Bathroom tiny Aircon was ok Room service club sandwich was absolutely Terrible , mushy cheap brown bread with a gallon of mayo and soggy lettuce disgusting Chips all over cooked and scrag ends Vegetables limp green beans , a bowl of cold broccoli carrots and pomegranate - random Tried this hotel as stayed at the royal barrier earlier in year and this didn’t have aircon and this hotel was meant to be 5 star definitely not More like 3 star Breakfast was in the shabby restaurant are which was cramped and hard to find anywhere to sit that you were not blocked in as you have to get up to get food Only one toaster so massive wait very poor choice of food for the price wate of money very disappointed Would not stay here again disappointed

This is a solid hotel that at times, makes you feel as if you are living in a bygone era. Stayed for 5 nights. We booked two rooms, a family suite and a double. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful & polite. Breakfast was good. The drinks were great. There was nothing actively wrong with this hotel, its age shows in some places. They didn’t consistently put the sofa bed away during the day and turn down was inconsistent. Pool was not the cleanest. The hotel is a bit of a scene. Glad we stayed once, not sure if I’d do it again during the summer season. My in-laws loved it.
