Good quiet stay. Ice machine wasn’t working and there was no breakfast

Dirty area and the rooms were ok. Bed was very uncomfortable.

For the price I paid my shower felt like we was going to fall in and the room had a water smell upon entry

Yesterday pm I called the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone does not work. I advised the shower has no hot water. I was told a repair would be called. Next morning still no hot water. The AC unit in the room makes a terrible squeak sound when running. The pool has more leaves in it than water and the entire back grassy area is covered in trash.

Dirty, mosquitos in the room, filthy bathroom, moldy bathroom, filthy shower curtain, broken refrigerator leaking onto the dirty carpet, moldy smell, “cleaned the room” but didn’t take out the trash, broken water machine, broken juice machine, front parking lot immersed in standing water for a week, on site manager never followed up but sent house cleaners, house cleaners entering room despite please do not disturb sign, AC sub-par, no amenities in foyer, this place is terrible but so so dirty. Housekeeping left the door open and there were new fruit flys buzzing around the trash that was not removed from room. Nasty.

The property has been is a renovated motel. It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nope! Never again!!!! The property looks nothing like the pictures. The elevator I felt like we were going to get stuck in, and as soon as I opened the doors to the room I felt like bed bugs were trying to jump on me begging for a ride somewhere else because of the old dated nasty room. Did I mention my son started gagging because of the old beat up bathtub!

Traveler beware, price is good, but there is no way the ratings are just at 4.6. When we showed up the room had a bad smell (cannot explain) and there were live and dead cocaroaches in the room. We could not sty there we went to the front desk and the person there said just call ******* and we will refund. We called *******, they said they would let us know is 72 hours and we just got an email sorry non refundable. Not sure who is lying here but we do know the hotel agreed to a full refund. In any case, I would stay away from there and possibly ******* if I were you. Not sure if this will ever post on their site, but will post elsewhere. We have lived and learned, hope this helps you
