ロイヤル ブルース ホテル(Royal Blues Hotel)

The Royal Blues Hotel is a smaller property, affiliated with the Relais & Chateau hotel chain. It's charming and very "boutique", almost a B&B, given its very dedicated and personal service. The rooms are big, elegant, very modern (lots of electronic devices, e.g. the shower, the toilet), nicely furnitured, also on the (very big) terrace with a view to the beach. They offer a beach service (2 chairs & umbrella are included per room), which I could not use, unfortunately, because of the rainy weather. But the beach is, indeed, just across the road. The Royal Blues Hotel is in a perfect location. The restaurant is very good, too. We were, however, suprised to be the only guests for dinner, although the booking app you had to use for a booking told us that the restaurant was sold out. What I did not like that much is that breakfast begins only at 8 a.m., and it is à la carte - in the restaurant or your room. I'd love to have my breakfast earlier. However, there is a Nespresso maker in the room, thus, I could make coffee at least. For beach lovers and fans of smaller hotels the Royal Blues is clearly an excellent option. Also, because there are parking places right behind the hotel. Deerfield Beach in general is but a small beach town, nothing to write home about, but a nice abode for a few days. Apart from the restaurant of the Royal Blues, which is excellent but expensive, there are not many alternative options in town. Maybe there is greater choice in Boca Raton, the next town, but I did not venture that far for dinner.

Ramon and his team were excellent! The food was superb! One of the hotels we have stayed at in Florida!

Quiet. Away from the noise but across the street from the beach. Each of room is ocean-facing with a balcony. Excellent service. The Chanson does a superb job with the food and guests get a complimentary breakfast that is awesome. Not the place where loud kids or obnoxious college students would stay. There is a reason this is a Relais & Chateaux property -- because it measures up to the standards.

I’m hesitant to write this review as I would love to keep this hotel a hidden gem! Everything about our stay was perfection. We did not want to leave. The staff was incredible: Nick, Brenda, Shane, Alejandro, Tara, Soshi, and Norbert….just to name a few. They were all so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Also, the GM, Ramon really took extra time to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We looked forward to trying new dishes each day. The location and view were amazing, as we were able to walk to several shops and restaurants. The room was lovely and we are still talking about the fancy toilet and how we need one at home :) A mini fridge is replenished each day which was such a perk. Beds were comfortable and shower was great! We loved the view and enjoyed the balcony. Chairs and umbrella for the beach are included in the stay which is a perk. I find it frustrating when these necessities are not. Staff even provides towels and cold water prior to your departure to the beach. It was these little unique things that made our stay so great. Needless to say, we are already planning our next visit.

Staff was amazing, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The ocean view was unbeatable and the food was outstanding. We had both dinner and breakfast on site and they were both fantastic. Plus, we loved the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the happy hour cocktail! Will definitely go back!

Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time for check-in. Then we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. Complimentary daily cocktails and a free mini bar were nice. The pool was dirty and small.

This hotel is not managed well. Fancy gadgets don't make a first class Hotel. The personnel were exceptional. The breakfast were great. Response to major complaints were ignored. We could not use the spa because it was not working.When asked about it we were told they would turn it on .That never happened, Our phone did not work and still did not work when we left early.This hotel has potential but needs to reexamine its management. It could also use some sprucing up.

We travel every 2 weeks throughout the year on business and this by far was one of our favorite properties in the US! Everything was exceptional. We cannot rave enough about the staff, the amenities, the location, the hospitality, the in-room massage, beach amenities and more.

As a first time guest at the Royal Blues Hotel I was thrilled to have found it while searching for a last minute impromptu getaway! And once I arrived and experienced the lovely room, ample size balcony, guest services and fabulous restaurant I am now going to be a loyal customer. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kind and prompt service...each and every person I interacted with was not only professional but kind and personable as well. The intimate restaurant, Chanson is an utterly delicious experience...from the amuse bouche to the soup of the day, to the incredible salads...to the utterly perfect beef wellington (a special that day) finished off by a spectacular chocolate mousse for dessert! Chef Wallis is a talented master in all aspects... I had the joy of meeting this sweetheart of a Chef who is modest and thoughtful... There is no need to leave the hotel for dinner or breakfast as every bit of food served here is magnificent! I've already booked my next trip and will add brunch on my to do list!!! I look forward to years of memories at the Royal Blues Hotel!
