If just need a room to stay it great but Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly very small lock on doors people came in the hotel as they please or a very good over all experience will not be looking to even come back

Interesting concept with lobby on 4th floor. Nice place. Nice location. Desk clerk could have shared more information. No direction to room. No info about restaurant or breakfast or things to do close by.

Love it. Went there with small children. It has a nice playground downstairs. Also restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very nice and helpful too. Will go again.

At 8pm I called front desk to get my wife a blanket or duvet cover and was told no but tomorrow they could accommodate that. Every time we left the hotel we had to get a new key card because the old one would no longer work, the lobby, restaurant and bar are on the 4th floor and our room was on the 3rd so you can imagine the noise one would hear, sounds like kids running back and forth. At check in I stood at the restaurant waiting to see a menu for ten minutes and no employees to be found.

No hot water in room 202 at all. Tv in wrong place for viewing and did not swivel. Do not have restaurant as advertised only microwave options. Bathroom auto on-off light not working properly. Coffee not put out at 6 am as promised. Ice machine on 2nd floor required maintenance. Great concept and terrible execution.

The overall stay was nice. The only thing we disliked is the lighting in the room, the lights were very dim. Construction was going on so it was showing “permanently closed” when heading to the hotel.

I booked this thinking I was staying in a nice hotel, but when I got there I got booked on the first floor, which is fine but the room was still dirty. There was like a cream on the toilet seat, there was a sock, fur on the floor and a roach in the bathroom. Oddly enough the beds were made? When I told the man, he gave us another room. Very nice but then we went to the new one on the 4th floor and noticed there was pink mold in the shower… I would NOT recommend staying here. They need a management change, obviously it was a very nice and new hotel. It’s unfortunate they can’t clean correctly and allow pink mold in the shower… we canceled our next night and left! Not worth it, they didn’t even have complementary breakfast. He said you can across the street? To a pizzeria and a place where they have but no breakfast. If you’re the hotel, please change management or fix these issues, the hotel is beautiful and new, it’s sad to see no one taking care of it.

Hotel was nice and brand new! The area is under construction around it so it was a little hard to find. Rooms were nice. More traditional breakfast choices would be good addition for the restaurant.

We found dirty and stained bed sheets and comforter. Even though it looked like a new building or remodeled the bathroom looked dirty or that it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while with mold in the shower and sink. Regardless, the location and staff were awesome and I would stay again.
