酒店位於德欽縣城最高處，海拔3300多米，比德欽縣城最低處高了400多米。衞生條件蠻好，設施也還可以。酒店管理好像衹有老闆夫妻兩人，所以有時候會找不到人。唯一極不滿意的地方是樓下的電動車充電站，不知道是不是縣城唯一的公用充電站，半夜三更也會有人來充電，聲音還很大，汽車警報一響，就是被驚醒的下場。
