At checkout we learned that the shuttle to our destination was not running, so that was a disappointment but the hotel is a convenient walk to where we were going. About an hour after being there, another couple just walked into our room. Their key worked and we were both assigned the same room. The couple were assigned another room but then our keys were also deactivated but were not told so, until we tried to re-enter our room with a handful of stuff and a 6 year old that had to pee. My husband found a hole in the bathroom that creeped him out but he didn't bother to mention it to me until later, so I wouldn't worry. There was a mirror in our room that was creeping me out. I tried to cover it with a blanket and when I did, someone knocked on our wall from the adjoining room. At that point, I blocked the door to the hallway and the door to the adjoining room. We were only there one night thankfully. The rooms were mostly clean but our fitted sheet kept popping off the corner of our bed, exposing the bare mattress. Breakfast was decent, well stocked and clean. There was just something about it a little unsavory.

Definitely not the best stay, staff was willing to help with the reservation AFTER ******* fixed a mistake. Not the friendliest staff.

My stay was great. I have stayed here a few times. The only thing I was surprised with the conditions of the elevator floors. They were very dirty . I usually never see that

Had everything we needed, very clean. Check-in and out was seamless. Close to venue. Breakfast items very limited would be my only disappointment, would have liked scrambled eggs, but that is just a matter of preference, not to take away from the hotel.

Parking is extremely limited and you may have to park quite a bit away on the street. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting - I wouldn’t recommend even going close to it - but the pool part looked beautiful and clean. The daytime staff was friendly, but for night time there is limited if any staff, and what is there is downright miserable and unwilling to help a guest. It is convenient to all things Hershey but don’t get your hopes up too high.

Great staff and nice cozy room! Close proximity to all of what Hershey offers. Fifth stay at this hotel. Never disappoints!

This hotel is an excellent value. My son, my 9-yr old granddaughter and I stayed one night after a long day at various Hershey venues. This facility is a tremendous bargain for the money. Plenty of covered parking, very friendly staff, and the room was large and comfortable. Bravo!

Days in is conveniently located in town, our room has a great view of Hershey Park roller coasters, Catherine's Hall and Hershey gardens on the hill. We stayed in room 433 business suite. We were not there on business but for the size and comfort of the bed, I will say anything to get that room again
