I placed reservations for this hotel twice, and for both times they cancelled my reservation with no given reason. However, they charged me and they are refusing to give me my money back. I understand the fee might be non-refundable but I was not the one that cancelled the reservation!!! This hotel is a SCAM stay away from it.

Terrible staff, had a sense of being cheated. Poor handling of customers. The room was unmade when I arrived; and when I brought this up to the receptionist, they promised to refund my breakfast. They haven’t done so. It doesn’t feel good dealing with dishonest people.

Really offensive experience. When I arrived the bed was unmade (no bedsheets etc.) I brought this up to the attention of the receptionist who said as a result of this incovenience my breakfast cost would be refunded. This was not done, and when I wrote up to follow up on this commi**ent the staff made, BinderS refused to follow through on this commi**ent. I find that the hotel would lie in this way and walk back a commi**ent truly atrocious.

This hotel was very nice. It's a bit of a walk from the centre, but served our needs perfectly. It was warm and clean, and had a good bathroom. We were able to get a taxi to the airport in the early hours. The only possible reservation is that the bed is quite small for two adults, but we managed fine.

Fantastic hotel , a really nice place to stay. Handy bus snd tram toutes into the centre, but also not too far to walk

I stayed in the same hotel last year, so I knew what I was booking: A comfortable, clean hotel with an affordable price. I was as happy with the hotel as I was last year.

The man at the desk offered to help us with our laundry which was a tremendous help to us and we really appreciated it.

Great breakfast, soft bed that was broad but not very long (I am 188). Bathroom not as modern as in the pictures. Nice staff, parking is easy.

We had great stay. The room was very clean and had a balcony. It's well located and near public transport. It's not too far from main station. Staff are very nice and welcoming. We would definitely comeback again.
