Service was excellent Game rides and cruises and transport to VF was perfect I wish there was more options for food especially the kids menu Service was exemplary they are super accommodating and professional

We stayed a night at the Victoria Falls river lodge and two nights at the island treehouses. Really a good lodge, good people, good food. Be aware that this is a place where the game drives are somewhat limited from an animal sighting perspective because they are in the national park and can’t go off road. We’d suggest you make this a stop focused on the falls between game drives elsewhere, and I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay when seeing the falls. The tour of the falls is really terrific. The drives and river cruises are lovely and round out a relaxing experience.

The breathtaking views you wake up to is amazing. I would recommend this place over and over again. The place is so peaceful and the food is great. Service was top notch. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. A special mention to our guide Bradley and receptionist Mitchell who took great care of us and were always ready to answer all our questions. Definitely staying there again !!!!

We spent 6 nights at the lodge and initially thought it will be too long and boring, but it was the best decision, as we could enjoy all what the lodge offers and also the surroundings in Zimbabwe and Zambia.

We stayed 3 days at the Hippo Ville and the facilities were outstanding. The service was excellent and all the staff members are always trying to make you happy and fully satisfied with your stay. It was a great choice!!

My favourite holiday accommodation by far! The rooms are breathtaking (plus gorgeous, gorgeous views from there), the service is top notch, and the food is amazing. I loved every bit of my stay, the staff is very kind and made me feel like i was the only customer they were taking care of :)

Our family stayed in a luxury tent and had a wonderful time. There were morning and evening safaris and the guides worked hard to ensure you saw as many different types of animals as possible. The tour of Victoria Falls was lovely too. They are very accommodating to your requests.

My husband & stayed at the tree houses for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, the service impeccable & was close to the Falls. We also did a river cruise & game drive-both great outings. I’d like to give a special shout out to our Butler, Reeves & our Activities Guy, Crawford-both wonderful!

The service and genuine friendliness of every staff member is exceptional. We stayed in the new Malachite section of 6 units, and I do not think I am engaging in hyperbole when I say there were more staff members than guests. And when we walked into our unit my very first thought was, "Wow! We are coming back here!" The food was also exceptional. As the saying goes, my compliments to the chef. Very creative, obviously fresh foods, delicious and very beautiful plating. The food honestly compares to many excellent restaurants in L.A. And Beks was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you wake up early to catch the sunrises from your deck! Lastly, it's not every place where you can take a bath on your deck, especially just a few feet from the river that feeds Victoria Falls!
