Beds were rather hard, jacuzzi was not functional. We also could not get the TV to work. Other than that it was okay!

The room was spacious and practical, not luxurious but very convenient and comfortable, the free breakfast is always great, the ladies in charge are very good.

Centrally located, convenient fridge and microwave. The only issue and incovenient, is that are no Coffee pot in the rooms. Other that that everything else is excelent.

I was EXTREMLY disapointed with this staff. TERRIBLE FREE BREAKFAST..DIRTY RESTRAUANT

I've been going to this hotel for over 3 years and never had a problem. That was until a recent change in staff, and now if you leave one spec of dirt on a towel they want to rob you of your $30 deposit. If you go there don't use their towels useless you don't mind getting your deposit ripped off.

I was charged a $30 deposit cash upon checking in, even though I had paid in full. When went to the room, I was informed the WIFI was not working and that the TV was not walking, and I jumped into the spa tub I heard a lound knock and was told that the water was leaking to the bottom four floors. I was told not to use the spa tub and this it the reason why I booked it in the first place. I did not want to stay and they offered a downgrade room for the same cost, I told them I was leaving and I was informed that they would not refund me the cost of the room since it was paid in full. Talk about bait and switch, I will rever stay at this place again.

The woman at the front desk was great and excellent customer service. All staff on-site are very attentive and helpful.
