P10 サムイ(P10 Samui)

The owners of this low standing hôtel are completely crazy : I was with english friends when I broke a big pot of no value. They said that it was Israël there and called Police. At result, I spent 14 hours in preventive with awfull conditions. They asked me 30'000 baths to go out or they maintaind their plaint what is named chantage ! My husband paid anyway.

I used p10 samui as a temporary stay until I found a condo which I have now I stayed from the 6th of December until today 18th on arriving I was greated by the staff who was very pleasant I wanted to connect my fire stick to the t.v but it was not having it the maintenance guy Yarden was absolutely brilliant he tried four or five different t.v from other rooms for me he also went of to get a H.D.M.I lead many thanks that man I did have a few teething problems but once again Yarden sorted this for me it was peaceful there and I love the swimming pool up between the other rooms the cleaning lady was fab too always had fresh bedding and towels and toiletries so all in all 10/10 for looking after the customer I like to thank all the staff for taking care of me while I was there and even Yarden took my stuff to the new condo for me spot on mate so if your wanting a stay in koh samui Bangrak area of bophut we'll stay at P10 your be look after many thanks to the staff who take care of me N.Roberts

Invitée par des amis à passer la soirée à l'hôtel, j'ai oublié un sac à l'intérieur des wc de la chambre. Nous sommes allés diner et durant le repas, j'ai décidé d'aller récupérer mon sac qui contenait mon porte-monnaie. Mal m'en a pris. L'hôtel n'est pas surveillé: j'ai frappé aux portes de toutes les chambres qui étaient toutes vides. La réception l'était également. Après plus d'une heure, un jeune homme est arrivé accompagné d'un couple qui devait être ses parents. La mère, une thaï, m'a informée qu'elle avait appelé la police locale car j'avais cassé un vase. Je lui ai répondu que c'était exact et que j'étais suissesse et disposait d'une assurance qui allait lui rembourser le montant du vase. Rien n'y a fait : la police m'a embarquée et placée en détention durant 14 heures. Mon mari a dû dépenser la somme de 50'000 baths pour me sortir de prison, le coût du vase ayant été estimé à 30'000 baths, soit quasi CHF 1'000.--. Une vraie arnaque sachant que cet objet en valait à peine 2'000.--. Il a donc été payé cash et jamais remplacé. Evitez cet endroit et ces gens. Ils se vantent d'être Israëliens et de faire régner la terreur en Thaïlande. Quelle belle mentalité...

Près de l’aéroport et du quai. Chambre tte grande et propres. Voisinage semble bien mais je n’ai pas eu beaucoup de temps pour voir.
