非常差勁的酒店，我在X程上預訂二晚一張大床。當時就借記卡扣錢2000元現金預訂成功，到我入住時趕到酒店半夜23點半在排隊等候，西班牙客服非常慢，等到拿到卡淩晨0點多進門一看二個小🛏️拼的，根本不是我訂的訊息⬆️還是華麗雙人床，華而不實。半夜三更我就入睡，半夜掉地上，這床有輪子會移動。一晚沒睡好。今早馬上就交涉。這個酒店裡一瓶水也沒。2千元也無早餐。第二天晩入住開不了門，當天全交房錢又要押信用卡，你們評評理。這個是否需要投訴並且按照消費者權益賠償。實際見圖。

eco friendly 정책이 있어 시트나 수건은 요청이 있을 때만 갈아줌. 더블베드에 테라스 있는 방에서 묵었는데 쾌적하고 좋았음. 저녁까지 cleaning을 돌아서 오후에 나가도 방청소나 시트 체인지 맡길 수 있어서 좋음. 세탁도 맡길 수 있는데비쌈.

It Is with gladness that I live my review for the EXE Peregrino Hotel. The first thing that I like to mention is the front desk. For my situation (lost luggage) they showed understanding and good guidance to work out my problems. I like to mention especially Laura for all her help. The rooms were good and good cleaning standards. The location of the hotel is excellent. If I would be forced to name one negative thing it is the coffee at breakfast. But that is a matter of taste. Overall a perfect stay

We easily walked to the cathedral most days and found nearby restaurants very good. The staff answered all of our questions and were helpful in obtaining taxi's.

This hotel claims to be a 4 star but at best it would be 2-3 stars. One of the lifts is always out of action and the other one often does not stop at your floor despite calling the lift. Given the hotel has about 9 floors you cannot walk up or down the stairs. The wifi is abysmal. Had to pay €60 per night to upgrade to a junior suite from a twin room. No TV in the living area but only in the bedroom where you have to lie on the bed to watch TV. There are no amenities provided in the bathroom and there are no coffee or tea making facilities. We asked for a kettle and we’re told to go to the restaurant. Did not even have a bottle of water in the room. Some of the equipment in the Gym did not work. For a supposed 4 star hotel there wasn’t a single luggage stand for 2 persons. Breakfast is pretty ordinary with very weak coffee from the machines. Hardly any fresh vegetables or lettuce at breakfast. Do not assume it is a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was very disappointing. The room was clean. The breakfast was not satisfactory. Very limited choices and not much of it. One lift was switched off during the morning rush. Leaving one lift to service the whole hotel for breakfast and checkout time. We had to carry our bags down 5 flights of stairs!!!! We had waited for the lift, but unfortunately it kept skipping our floor. When we finally got down to reception, we were told by other people they had the same trouble. When we asked at reception, they just said “sorry” with no explanation. On a more positive note, the young gentleman at the bar/pool area/restaurant was wonderful. So knowledgeable and very helpful. And enjoyed teaching us basic Spanish.

Our stay at the Exe Peregrino was excellent. We arrived late at night and were given a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. Check in staff were helpful as were any other staff that we came across during our stay. Hotel was spotless throughout, beds were comfortable and the pool area was really nice for a city hotel. Breakfast was a great choice and did not disappoint. We did eat one night for dinner at the buffet in the restaurant bit would not recommend the choice was poor, the food was cold and the quality was a 2/10 at most-this would be the only complaint of the hotel but I feel it is worth mentioning. On the day of leaving we were able to keep our room on until 2pm at no extra cost which was very helpful. Location wise it was perfect and was only a short walk to the centre of town and the old town. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would use agin ourselves.
