The hotel is a terrific, Boutique hotel. Very walkable. The hotel staff is fantastic!!! We will be back

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel while I was on vacation. The hotel is situated on a quiet street and is in reasonable walking distance to multiple metro stations, restaurants, cafes, etc. I booked a junior suite and thought the size of the room was comfortable for my stay. Per American standards, the room would be considered a standard "king" sized room (i.e. aprx 300-350 sq ft) which was enough for myself as I was traveling solo. Overall cleanliness, decor, ambiance of both my suite and the hotel were nice. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entirety of my time there. I had an early morning arrival time and the staff worked to get me checked in ahead of schedule and offered me coffee and snacks while I rested in the lovely lobby sitting room. They were patient with my small attempts at speaking French and spoke English when my understanding of the language failed me. And while I'm not much of a morning person, when I did take advantage of their breakfast, they had a good variety of options to choose from (i.e. eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee, etc.). I think this hotel is a solid option for those looking for a small, boutique hotel vibe.

The receptionist's welcome when we arrived was appalling. In a 4* hotel, try to remain calm in all circumstances! Perhaps this was due to her annoyance with a driver who wanted to park in front of the hotel on a Sunday. She threatened to call the police and make him leave. I didn't know that in Paris parking spaces were reserved. In short, the scene was worthy of a hidden camera. Chaotic arrival but pleasant room.the champs elysées district not really safe

This boutique hotel was perfect for our stay in Paris. The lobby is charming, and the morning breakfast was lovely. The room was stylish, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is exceptional - friendly, helpful and so kind. A short walk to the Metro and shopping, we would stay here again!

The hotel looks great and whilst is in a central location it is on a quiet street. The staff are welcoming and very nice/ kind/ helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Paris

We enjoyed our stay in the "Prestige" room at Hotel de Montesquieu in Paris with its comfortable king bed and large bath. For those a little more advanced in age, a grab bar in the bath area would be a welcomed addition. A sincere thanks to the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and kind. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning and would not hesitate to stay again!

Bathroom was very small, especially the shower over the bath. The water flooded both the bath (ankle deep when showering) and the bathroom. Couldn’t bath baby due to the toilet position. Aircon also didn’t work - had it on 18deg the whole time, room was consistently at 24deg. Disappointing especially when how much the room cost.

Great location, pretty decent room size, excellent service.

Can’t say more good things about this hotel! The interior is absolutely stunning. Clearly freshly upgraded, everything was to such a high standard. Staff could not be more helpful also! Always on hand and nothing was too much! Easy 5stars from this extremely fussy traveler! Merci beaucoup Hôtel de Montesquieu
