Beautiful hotel, when you walk in, it all looks very clean with lovely tiles that attract your attention. Everywhere is spotless. We were on the 1st floor and their was a staircase that rose from the reception area, or there was a lift, if you were feeling lazy. We had a terrace style area, but there weren't any chairs or a table on there, which would have been nice to sit out. The bedroom was large and had everything we needed. The shower was a cubicle with a large sink. We had dinner there the first night, which was very good. You could have a 3 course meal but we opted for the steak, and the Gnocchi which were good. The breakfasts were very good also and the staff were lovely. You could also eat al fresco for breakfast. Liked the fact that La Pagoda was over the road, where we spent 2 nights and had excellent meals with lovely views. We had free use of beach beds. The staff on the reception were really helpful. Free car parking in the private car park next door. Excellent hotel and would certainly recommend, if you are in the area.

We stayed for 4 nights in Mid May long before the season takes off. But It is a perfect time to be in Diamante. The beaches are empty; the town is relatively quiet; the sunsets are spectacular; the surrounding countryside is fresh and colourful and the temperature (22-25) is perfect. The Ferretti Hotel is elegant, decorated with intriguing paintings and furnished in comfortable white leather. The tiled floors are a delight and the marble staircase is stunning. We took dinner on one evening in the restaurant and it was, perhaps the best meal that we had in our stay. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and a good bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant staff particularly waiters Fario and Valentina worked hard and were never less than cheerful. The pool, beach bar and surroundings were beautifully and meticulously maintained. Special thanks to Paulo (I think) the receptionist / manager who was always cheerful and helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay

The location is beautiful and the hotel is super clean but that’s about it. In July 2023 after Covid, the breakfast is still served by the staff, the selection of food and drinks is minimal. The bread rolls are single packed. The dinner was a disaster - cheap, tasteless and a bit vague. The kids are not allowed to make noise by the pool, pool toys are not allowed and no jumping in any form is allowed. No pool bar either. The spa massage was the best the hotel could offer - cheap and a bit vague.

It’s a good location with a 20 minute walk into town with no sidewalks. It was just really busy when we went there because the Pepperoncino festival happening. But it was super fun to attend the festival. Parking was available right next to the restaurant or crushed away and you could go down to the beach front at one of the Lidos.

Relatively small nice hotel in beautiful location on a clear sea, good for swimming and snorkeling. The best rooms have a large terrace with splendid view, and include access (with umbrella and lounge chair) to the beach across the street, in addition to pool area and tennis court. Mini bar available in room, but no coffee machine nor room service; difficult to get big size bottled water, which in the summer is an issue. Diamante is not easy to reach, far from autostrada exits thus requiring long stretch of driving on small strada statale full of speed traps; we had booked here a couple of days to break the long drive from South to North Italy, it was nice but added too much to the trip itself. Very nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast served in a beautiful terrace, dinner available at nearby restaurant with nice sea view, lunch served indoor, no light snacks available (like sandwiches for lunch).
