Limehome Dortmund Südwall

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The team was welcoming and helpful, they have contacted me in advance and shared useful information on how to get to the hotel, how to enter and so on. The room was bright, stylish, elegant, simple and very clean, it was exactly as in the photos and even better. There was everything the voyageur needs, it was comfortable, the bed was excellent. The only discomfort was the weak WIFI signal, but the team managed to fix it!! The location was great, near the metro station, city center and the park. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. This is an apartment in a residential/commercial building. There is no reception. The apartments feels "cheap", from floor to bathroom. They tried to give it a new look but it is not new. The worst part was cleaning. We arrived to a quite dirty apartment, with broken glass on the floor, very dirty bathroom and lot of bugs in the apartment. It was late in the evening so we decided to spend the night. This building is close to a busy road so expect a lot of noise. There is no air-condition and with windows open you will get noise from the road. We contacted Bright and was offered to check out and get refund for remaining nights, but at that point it wasn't easy to find another hotel. We were also offered another apartment, which was also as dirty as the first one. We were then given a very small compensation. I would suggest you to keep away staying at this place.
