We were a small (12) tour group coming down from Phoenix, having spent the day at San Xavier del Bac and the Bisbee Copper Queen Mine tour. That being said, the Gadsden was the highlight of our day! Obviously, the lobby is breathtaking and a hidden gem in this part of Arizona. An additional bonus was the excellent service we received from the desk clerk - Alexis (sp?). He was there when we checked in and wasn't fazed by the numerous questions, handling us with professionalism and kindness. When we went to leave the next morning, he was back behind the desk, as he was filling in for someone else. Our stay was great; this hotel is definitely a destination in itself.
