本当に素晴らしいロケーションで、バーエリアも素敵です。無料のビリヤード台もすでに素敵な雰囲気です。階下のすべてのエリアの装飾と仕上げは本当に素敵で、ホテルにとても家庭的で洗練された雰囲気を与えています。
部屋は清潔で、アメニティも本当に良く、シャワーも素敵でした。
土曜日の夜に宿泊しましたが、部屋の中では騒音が聞こえ、ホテルは全体的にとても落ち着いていてリラックスした雰囲気でした。
間違いなくお勧めしますし、今後の旅行ではこのチェーンのホテルの 1 つに泊まりたいと思っています。

Impressive old Mill with working wheel featured inside. We were in the top floor of the main building and whilst not the most up to date bedroom accommodation it was clean and comfortable with workable facilities. Really friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet with both continental and full English breakfast options. Would definitely recommend and worked for us due to location to friends and family. Great value for money.

Never stayed at a Novotel before but would certainly do so in future.
Very comfortable hotel and convenient location. Really good breakfast, sausages really special! Good that I could leave my bag for a while on my departure day.
My only slight quibble was that entrance wasn't perhaps prominent enough for pedestrians with luggage.

A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot
The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.

I did boil the ketrle.and that just before leaving . Dr otteker i added as the water cam be dubiiois .the demand for this water is high so i add a cleaner and i passed the water via a brita style filter .
Its nice for comlan.
The riom is cold fpr.me this is super i need cold as heat can might may be bad news?

Then it seems the kettle was not on a trip circuit tp syop a nlown fuse in the plug of thr ketyel it been a notmality to have a kettel over flow. I diid not shower as i found the amount of wayer is difficult to.keep many areas as this in constant sypply

ゲゲストBooked a stay at the jockey club rooms and also bought tickets at the races.
Parked and left our car at the jockey club rooms car park and caught the shuttle bus to the race course. Returned after our lovely day at the races and checked in. We had a beautiful room overlooking the gardens. The rooms have nice furnishings, very classy. The bathroom was huge. With a large bath with shower and a separate shower and double sinks and huge mirror. Loads of hot water and strong water pressure. Breakfast a very classy affair too. Served in a lovely room. Lots of continental choices and cooked menu. We had yoghurt, fruit compote and granola, juice, toast, pastries, omelette, and smoked haddock. I love the place, its so full of history. I need to go again as i didnt have enough time to take it all in. Can’t wait.

ゲゲストFriendly and welcoming . You go in through the pub, I was a bit wary at first as there were obviously locals but they and the staff are welcoming .
I can really recommend the food it was proper hearty home cooked style and portions were brilliant.
We stopped in a pod ( despite me making a mistake and not booking a pod) they could see I was disappointed and changed us . I think maybe when booking check you’ve booked the right thing !! The pod was clean and cosy with all you would need . The bed was comfy and we slept well.
Parking - lots of parking as they have a car park .

ゲゲストService was great, location great, onsite restaurant was great. It is a really old historic property in a lovely village location with gorgeous old thatch-roofed properties within a short stroll. With the A11 right outside, you might be put off, but our room (facing the A11) was sooo quiet. Our room, the Flying Cow, had a huge shower, and a lovely bed.
I would stay there again, but as we are moving house to a location nearby, it is unlikey

Offering decent food and drink choices on site, the evening meal was fulfilling if not exciting and the cooked breakfast was really, really good.
Car parking (free) is readily available and the service received from all of the Wherry team was first class.

ゲゲストPub looked very nice with lots on tap and food menu looks good. However I arrived later than expected and food had stopped serving I was tired and went straight to my room.so didn't try any. Room.was very good ,nice shower and plenty of tea and coffee with a nice big tv. I did have breakfast in the morning which was excellent however the continental selection was a but sparse.
