La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Douglasville

The hotel stay was great! I loved the decor and customer service was excellent!

My stay was okay until i was smelling **** on the second floor. Im sure the cleaning ladies smelled it to. From the time we got off the elevator the smell hit us. We had to wear a mask leaving and entering our room.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good with good selection. Nice and quiet rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The front desk associate was rude and very unhelpful. We asked if we could upgrade to a bigger room and he said because its s third party he couldn't make changes. As I've stayed in this hotel so many times I know that was him not wanting to help and when I asked for a manager he said he was the evening manager. As this is a corporate visit I will make sure this is not our hotel of choice.

The location was just perfect, we was in the center of EVERYTHING we needed . The stay itself was comfortable. A very quiet area… the staff was very friendly and welcoming.. we will definitely stay again..

Was in town for the Peach Bowl to be played in Atlanta. Got a room for Friday & Saturday nights and was impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Had been recently updated, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. And had a complimentary breakfast. If in the area again then I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly, we've stayed at his hotel numerous times when visiting family in the area. But upon returning to the hotel at 8:30 at night a group of adult males were loitering in the parking lot and surrounded my car while trying to park. When they realized I was not alone in the car they ran up the hill next to the hotel. The experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and very unsafe. This will definitely impact my decision to stay at this hotel on future visits to the area.

I will never use ******* or stay at a LaQuinta hotel again, I promise. I made reservation for a handicap room. I spoke with your representative to confirm my reservation being for handicap room, which he did confirm that it was for a handicap room with hand rails in bathroom and roll in shower, (My wife can not walk, she is wheelchair bound.) I have a printout of my reservations. On checking in to the LaQuinta, the only room they had was for a standard room, The clerk gave the impression of "take it or leave" attitude, They had given the handicap room to another guest. It was a terrible experience, that I do not want to experience again. It was a combination of the lack of professionalism in making my reservations and for the LaQuinta desk clerk's attitude.
