Review: New Royal Mark Hotel & Apartment – Emergency Only, Not by Choice I ended up at the New Royal Mark Hotel & Apartment out of necessity, not preference. Accommodation was extremely limited at that hour of the night, so this was essentially emergency lodging — and priced like it. The room itself was pretty rough. I actually used a shirt to cover the pillowcase, which probably says enough about the condition of the bedding. That said, the shower worked, the room was relatively clean, and I managed to get a few hours of sleep. Considering the circumstances, it did its job. The positive aspect was the service. The staff were helpful and polite, especially given the late check-in and the situation I was in. That part deserves credit. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not — unless I found myself in the same kind of situation with no other options available. For what it is, and for the price being charged, it’s not a place I’d ever choose voluntarily. ⸻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

COCKROACH INFESTED, no refund given, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Very old and horrible hotel. The room had cockroaches and it was smelling. The bathroom was in a very bad state and leaking with insects there. The breakfast is horrible and unappealing. The food looks dirty. The WiFi was bad and kept on tripping. This was my worst experience in Dubai and I never enjoyed my stay in Dubai. I guess that's why they have that option of no refund cause it's in a bad state. Book at your own risk.

Disappointing. Hotel and amenities are old, not clean.Towels are torn, bedsheets and pillow covers are old and damaged. No tea, no coffee, no kettle (on request), no water (on request) Best thing is only 2 Mins walk from Baniyas Metro. Entrance is so small and it doesn't look like Hotel. Their prices are similar to other Hotel. Nothing same as shown in the picture. Don't book this Hotel.
